When my iphone4 is under the locked mode, ipod can only play two songs at most, and then the system collapses, the screen is black and responds to no commends, not until I restart the machine. but the ipod function can work well under the normal mode, is it any hardware problem? thank Q!!

Do you mean crashes?
Try doing a full reset. otherwise it sounds like you might want to walk it into the nearest Apple Store and get an opinion there.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

I bought a new computer, and i have transfered everything using home share, file transfers, etc.. yet still when i go to sync, itunes tells me ipod can only be synced with one computer... is there a way to retire the relationship with the old computer?

i bought a new computer. the itunes app allows for home shareing, file transfers, etc.. but i want to discontinue the syncing with the old computer and sync my ipod touch now only on my new system... but i cant seem to disconnect that old relationship at all.. when i try to syncit says that my ipod is already synced with another computer, do i want to discontinue that and only use the new informationon this computer? i dont want to do that yet because it doesnt seem like everything has come over, and i am afraid of losing songs that i downloaded from cds, etc..

if you don't want to sync it because you don't think that everything has been transferred then i would check first if you can, before you commit to used only the data from your new computer.
though, im not sure if this is true, but i think that when you sync your ipod to a new computer it will take the items from your ipod and put it on itunes, like when you purchase something on your ipod and it gets automatically transfered, but don't take my word for it.

If you let a song run until just before the end and then click to an earlier part in the song on the time bar, itunes starts playing both that tune and the next one.
Does this happen with anyone else?

Actually, I have the same problem...only moreso.
When I'm streaming from another computer, my songs frequently start double-playing without my doing ANYTHING at all. Right now, The Skeleton Killers' "Despair" is doubling up--that's twice the dirge--and I wasn't even touching the computer when it started.
Oh, goodie! One of the streams has finished and the next song, George Michael's "Outside", has begun, now running concurrently with the last minute of "Despair". I can't tell you how poorly these songs go together.
The problem started with 7.0 and continues with 7.0.1

ITunes stops responding when sign in on laptop, but not on iPod touch. It tries to start downloads and then freezes???

I bought an album from the store in iTunes, and it froze, every time i now open iTunes it works fine, untill i sign in to my account, at which point the 'wheel of doom' appears, and iTunes stops responding. However i can (and have) access my store account from my ipod touch, and have downloaded the material, but this has not cleared the downloads through for my laptop, and the same problem occurrs every time i sign in.
Any help would be much appreciated, i have checked my connection and firewall settings, and made sure that all the software is up to date too ???

Go to settings on the ipod itself and make sure on the option Repeat, it doesn't say "One". If it does, click on it until it's says "All" or "Off" - depending on what you prefer. If it isn't on repeat, reset it -if you haven't already; but that's usually everyone's first instinct when there's a problem so I assume you already have. If none of this works, you may have to restore it. If restoring it is something you want to leave as an absolute last resort, go to an apple store or something and ask a professional.

Check your trash can on the desktop. The old version is automatically moved to the trashcan. You should be able to move it from the trashcan back to the Apps folder within the iTunes folder. The update that was pushed out was for iBooks to work with iOS 7 not iPhone 5. iOS 7 was released today.

I try to save files as a PDF on external hard drives. When I select SAVE AS PDF I get spinning colorwheel and the program I am using locks (Quicken, Quickbooks, Gmail etc.)

There were several /Library/preferences. The only one that had the file was the one under my user name. I deleted it. I was using Quickbooks when the problem started. It is locked. I have to reboot the computer to use it again. I tried SAFARI using the PRINT button then SAVE AS PDF. It didn't work. It locks Safari up. I will reboot and hopefully continue.
P.S. I've done this procedure before and I was able to Save, but then the problem came back.

Your drive was used with a PC and formatted NTFS which is proprietary Microsoft format.
You need to install a third party program that will read the NTFS format.
There is various software from PARAGON, Tuxera and NTFS-3G
When you get the data off and have verified it to be good, reformat the drive either HFS+ for Mac use only, or for Mac and PC use then MSDOS (FAT32) for under 4GB files (best) or exFAT (for larger than 4GB files) is proprietary and Microsoft is appling for a patent, which would likely mean OS X won't be allowed to read it anymore without a licensing fee and you'l have to pay another third party software company to read the format, just like NTFS is.
The less you have to rely upon third party sources to read your drives the better, this way if you have a issue and need to read the drive on another machine you don't need the software, and a internet connection and a credit card and...and...and...

I´m not change any UME parameter. I checked that in fact J2EE_Guest was locked, I already unlocked this user! But I think that is not the problem, because I checked in other systems and in all of them this user is blocked, so don´t seem this is the problem!

Answering to your second question in fact the system have the license out of date! But at two weeks ago the license was in the same state (out of date) and the java side on system was fine!!!...
