When opening Photoshop I receive an error
I downloaded the Photoshop CS6 , and when I tried to open the program I have the following message :
The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
What does this mean , please help me , it is URGENT ! THANKS

I have a CC Photography Plan (one year)

Air Error Message when opening Photoshop
Hello,
I'm getting an Adobe Air error message when I open Photoshop (on Windows 7 Enterprise 32-Bit), "Adobe Air - The installation of this application is damaged". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the current release of Air, tried reinstalling an older version of Air, tried deleting Air using the Microsft "Fix It" app and then reinstalling Air, tried deleting all instances of Air including manually removing anything in AppData and then reinstalling Air, tried the Air Zapper script that I found in the Adobe Forums and then reinstalling Air, tried uninstalling both Photoshop and Air and reinstalling but everytime I open Photoshop I receive that error message. Even with Air uninstalled I still receive the error message. It does seem to be happening in only one profile though, Photoshop opens fine in other profiles. I'm open to any suggestions...Thank you in Advance!!!Here is the install log:

When I try to open Photoshop CS6 I get "Error Code 16"
I have researched Internet - ADOBE and others - to find a solution, but no luck! (see under)
The problem started around one year ago but I was able to open Bridge and go to Photoshop from there until recently.
Now I get "Error Code 16" in Bridge too when I am trying to go to Photoshop.
I have tried everything I could think of (including creating a new Administrator-user) with help from my Internet research and my own pretty good experience (I started working with computer systems as a Systems Analysts 1968...... - now it is only PCs)
I miss my Photoshop and Bridge a lot - it is very frustrating to have this problem, but I can see I am not the only one!!!

When I open iTunes, I receive an error that reads "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the convenience." When I click to see the error, it reads "AppName: itunes.exe AppVer: 10.5.2.11 ModName: msvcr80.dll" Why ? I am overly frustrated. Please help. Not exactly sure which operating system I have. 1. In Add/Remove Programs I deleted all Apple products (iTunes, QuickTime, Safari, Bonjour, etc.)
2. I then check C:\Program Files\ and made sure all folders were deleted (QuickTime, etc.)
3. I then ran a Registry Cleaner program to make sure all entries from Apple products were removed.
4. I then rebooted my PC
5. I then downloaded iTunes8.0.2 from here: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/ipod_itunes/itunes802forwindows.html
6. After it installed it said it could use my iTunes library file because it was created with a newer version. So I re-created my library by following these steps: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1451
It took some time but iTunes is now back up and running. And I have all my playlists, etc. I haven't tried to sync anything yet. I'm just thrilled to have my iTunes back! -

When syncing iToiuch I receive an error "disk cannot be read from or written to".
When syncing iToiuch I receive an error "disk cannot be read from or written to". Sync fails at step 3 of 6.
Sounds like a hardware problem - a bad disk or, at the very least, bad sectors on the disk in the iPod.
There probably is not much you can do. You can try putting the iPod into disk mode and check the drive using Windows:
Open My Computer
Right click the iPod
Choose Properties
Go to the Tools tab
Click the Check now button
Windows may or may not be able to salvage the drive. You do not say if you can still use the iPod without errors; there is the possibility that you will lose data on the iPod during the repair. -
I purchased Adobe Creative Suite C2 and have been using it for years on the same computer without any problems with using it. Recently upon opening Photoshop I received a pop up window saying due to Adobe Software security we need you to activate your CS2 software. I tried, phone activation, web activation, nothing is working. I have the serial number and my Adobe account information. Any suggestions?

You cannot run Photoshop CS on a new Intel-based Mac running OS X Mavericks. CS is far too old.
You'll have to buy Photoshop CS6 or Photoshop Elements 12. Or subscribe to CC. -

The display on my mac book pro color shifts to a blue tint when opening Photoshop CS6. Any suggestions on how to maintain the current color profile? My photography work is dependent on proper display calibration. Thank you
First open the Universal Access preference pane and in the 'seeing' tab, make sure that the slider for 'enhance contrast' is all the way to the left. Next, open the Displays preference panel and click on the 'color' tab. The click the 'calibrate' button. This will take you through a color/brightness/contrast set up procedure that may eliminate the problem.
There are two options in the calibration process, standard, which is the default option and has fewer adjustment screens, and expert, which is selected by checking the box for it on the first calibration screen and offers more adjustments. You can't do any harm with either since any settings you create can be discarded, or profile(s) you save can be deleted or ignored if necessary.
This won't necessarily resolve the problem, but if not, then it would indicate that there's an issue with the hardware - possibly just the connector on the back of the system, which needs to be fastened really tightly. If you can't readily resolve this, since your system is so new, I'd then suggest you call Apple. -
