When purchasing on itunes or app store touch id option not poping out
i enable my touch id when purchasing on itunes and app store so that i dont need tp type in my password but sadly there is no option poping out to scan my finger in short my touch id wont apper when purchasing an app

Disable anti virus softwrare if installed
Check your settings in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall > Firewall Options
Make sure Gatekeeper is enabled
Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy then select the General tab.
Make sure either Mac App Store or Mac App Store and identified developers is selected. If that area is grayed out, click the padlock icon to proceed.

Then try downloading Quicken > Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

I recentley bought a ipod touch 5.01,set all language to English.....every thing i view is in English except when i view (open) itunes or apps store it is in German, I live in England, I was born in England, and i speak only English. I want my itunes and apps store to open and display in English. I have messaged the apple help and telephoned the help, both was helpful but no matter what i do in setting (even in reset, which i've done) my ipod will keep reverting back to German in Itunes and Apps store. All other data in my ipod is in English........just the itunes and apps store grrrrrrrrrrrr.
Please help :-)You can only use the German iTunes/App store if you are located in Germany. The German store is in the German language.

Security Questions to answer before purchasing via iTunes and App Store
I am trying to purchase an app via the app store for the first time on my new iphone 5. It initially asks me security questions to answer BUT these aren't my original security questions that i've answered on my own Apple account via appleid.apple.com. What do I do since i'm stuck at this point....
Make sure your phone is set up to use your old AppleID unless you have specific reasons to want to change. Purchase cannot be transferred between accounts.

You would need iPhoto 9.6.1. If you have been using iPhoto and kept up with the updates then it should be in your Purchases in the App store. If not then it is gone and you will have to use the new Photos app. If you had an earlier version of iPhoto you can delete that one and when you again download from the App store it will download 9.6.1 (this assumes that it is in your purchases from before).

When trying to log into App Store my keyboard does not come up and it asks me to paste password!
It won't let me log in...because it ask me to paste my password...I have no idea why it just started doing this!
Quit the App Store app and reset the iPad.
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -
Purchased List for Mac App Store in Lion will not show
After upgrading to Lion, I click on the "purchased" link and it will not go to the "purchased" list. Anybody else having this issue?
I believe the store is overloaded, and will clear itself when people calm down loding OSX Lion.
Try a different time of day, don't forget usa is in the afternoon evening and they will be hammering Lion downloads about now after a hard day at work... -

I have re entered the account info in settings making sure I am using a US credit card with a US billing address, on a Sprint phone I bought in the US, but it still tries to redirect me to the Australian store even though I am logged in with the apple ID associated with my US account.. Please help?

I sold my original ipad and bought an ipad 2. I wasn't worried about losing all of the apps I had previously purchased/downloaded, because I knew that the app store has a "purchased" tab, from which you can download previously downloaded apps. I set up my new ipad 2 with the same app store ID. I went to the purchased tab, the loading circle went on for awhile then went away, but no apps showed up. What's the problem?
I would be really upset if I lost all of the apps I previously paid for or downloaded (probably about 80 or so), seeing as how the app store is supposed to remember my purchase/download history based upon the user ID.Go to "Settings > iTunes and App Stores", touch the AppleID, sign out, and then sign in with your revised AppleID.

After i redeemed my itunes gift card, i can't purchase anything in the app store or itunes store. When i press purchase, the security questions page will pop up and after you answered all questions it will force restart my iphone. Can anyone help me?

I am trying to download new version of iTunes from App store having purchased it on my laptop. When I try to download on my iMac I get the following message:
Error message when I try to download new iTunes as follows: iPhoto 7.1.5 is already installed and was not purchased from the Mac App Store - and then I am asked if I want to buy it again. I don't understand the error message and I don't want to purchase the new version again.
Also, since upgrading to Lion my videos (from Sanyo Xacti camera) do not play on iTunes. I can only open photos.
