Any news on whether a new iPod is coming out soon.
I was going to go buy one but if a newer version is gonna hit the stores then it would b a waste.

Apple has not announced any new iPods, nor have they said when they will announce any new iPods.
if a newer version is gonna hit the stores then it would b a waste.
Why? Will it quit working if/when they announce new iPods.
Will it quit doing something it is designed to do if/when they announce new iPods?

I just called my phone company (Rogers) with the same question and they told me that they should send them out in about two weeks. Plus 3 to 5 business days for UPS to actually deliver. All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory (RAM). The 4G iPod only has 256 MB
