When scrolling,B&W lines block out the text.

No matter what web oage I open,when I scroll thru the text or items.B ^ W lines cover the text.have to reload but after a very short time it does it again.

The problem seems to have gone away

This is by design. If you want to change this, the content section must have a set height and scroll. Which layout are you using? -- Check out the Responsive layouts and the Social layout. I believe those have the more traditional TOC placement.

Why does siri block out the entire screen?

And is there any solution to this ios7 problem?
WWhen is run into something to search for, phone number/name/model number....etc. that I could not just click on to search for or problematic or impossible to copy, I would bring up siri and then read off the word/model/ number to search with siri. Siri did not block out that information. With ios7 it is blocking out the information I need to input with siri. Is there any solution to this new problem or am I just screwed with the new ios7?

The problem wasn't about the Restricitions because they are really irrelevant. The Problem was that i didn't had this Option to turn Siri off in the Touch ID & Passcode-Menu because i had to activate Siri first.
Here ist the way to deactivate Siri in the locked Screen:
[1] Settings > General > Siri > turn Siri on
[2] Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > ALLOW ACCESS WHEN LOCKED > turn Siri off

Same problem, 3.6.8 and previous recent versions. I never thought to try another browser but I just pasted into IE and it worked fine. I copied from Firefox to IE and it worked as well. It's just when you paste into Firefox that you get the weird line breaks.

I'm using the default camera app with the phone. Happens every time with videos that I take with the camera. does not occur when watching other videos, only videos taken with the phone. and when the video is uploaded to a computer or online, the hiss stays with the video.
I just bought the phone a few months ago, so this is the first time I’ve tried taking video with it. I’ve tested repeatedly to see if its intermittent but it’s constant.

Please let me know what Acrobat version are you using.
Does this happen with all PDF files or any specific one? How are you trying to convert the PDF to word?
You might try repairing Acrobat and then check.

No phone can send photos via SMS. You would need MMS (or iMessage or a 3rd party app such as WhatsApp). SMS messages are limited to 160 characters of text only.

When importing from a Word document placing the text in InDesign

When importing from a Word document placing the text in InDesign I can only see the text from the first page of the Word document. I have increased the number of pages in the Indesign document to more than what is in the Word document, still only text from the first page is shown. What am I doing wrong or did I not set a setting correctly?

When you want to auto flow text while placing, hold down the Shift key when clicking with the Place cursor on the first page. New pages will be generated and text will be auto flowed using the margins set up on the master page.

This is a simple problem.i don't know how to concat a line break while creating a text.
I am looping through the results of a query and want to form the text using the results.
For each row of the resultset,I want to create a new line in the text i create.
I was wondering how to put a new line in the text.
I thought I can concat '\n' ,but it does not work.
the code snippet in the procedure is :

Is this problem specific to one file, or does it happen with any file that you convert to PDF? How was the PDF created (using what application)?

In SQL Editor Window '--' at end of line comments out the next line

when I run a query with '--' at the end of a line, the next line seems to be commented out:
select * from v$parameter
where 1 = 1

and value LIKE 'AMERICA%'
this will result in showing all v$parameter records!
When I change the last character, it works properly.
