This issue has popped up before then went away after I switched to SSL setings as suggested by my website host. Or...was it pure coincidence? Same problem today and I haven't made any changes since the above mentioned and have had many successful emails sent. Can't reply or send emails and the draft gets removed from the draft folder even if I saved it before hitting send. Thank you!
Thank you Matt. I'm sure this will be frustrating ...but the more I think about this problem there more info I have to share. The emails I write that do not get sent do end up in my "sent" folder but never reach the recipient. And, most perplexing, the issue/problem is sporadic. It was coming and going before I switched over to the SSL/TLS option in T-bird. And...since the switch it has reappeared and disappeared. I have made zero changes other than the above mentioned. I did get a security update today for T-bird perhaps this will help?

Is this for an Outlook/Hotmail type account? What do you have for the server settings under Tools/Account Settings/Outgoing Server (SMTP)? (For outlook/hotmail it should be STARTTLS security on port 587, normal password authentication, email address for the User name.)
If you have an anti-virus/security program scanning outgoing mail, disable that option and see if it helps. -

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it, which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Help! I have recently updated LR5 and before doing so I was able to email files to clients! (Very Convenient) Now my problem is I have not been able to get pass this error message reading "failed to send" which gives no further detail about what to do to rectify the situation. Did this ever get resolved, as I am having the same issue. Trying to learn LR5 AFTER a decade using Aperture. I was able to set up a validated account but when I try to send an e-mail or photo I get the simple " Failed to Send " message. Using latest version of Mac OS X.

My daughters imessage & face time on her ipod touch has suddenly stopped working. The only way i could get it going again was to reset it up with my email address. This will not allow her to send messages to any of her contacts in her addess book. Nobody can tell you anything without knowing exact site and server specs, but I would suspect that naming the folder "html" wasn't the brightest of ideas, since that's usually a default (invisible) folder name existing somewhere on the server and the user not having privileges to overwrite it.

From what I understand, it sounds like Safari is not loading a single page or multiple webpages correctly and it is trying to reload the content. In this situation, there are a few different steps that I would recommend.
First, I would recommend clearing your history and website data as described in the attached article.

Nest, after the data has been cleared, I would recommend closing Safari completely as described in the next attached article.
Force an app to close in iOS - Apple Support
