when should i expect my new iphone to ship? I ordered it on 9/19 and it still shows 11/7 as expected delivery, however countless people have already received theirs ahead of schedule. I click on my order status and it says the order does not exist in your system. I really hope my order has not been deleted or otherwise skipped over. Any information or an update on an expected shipping date for the 6 plus 64gb phone would be amazing.

I've had my macbook for 8 months, I'm just wondering when should I buy a new battery?
The cycle count is 310, and checking System Profiler, the battery full charge is 5143.
Should I buy a new battery in a now, or should I not worry about buying a new battery, because I heard 310 cycles was a lot.

The question really isn't how many cycles your battery has, it is how long your full charge is lasting on a calibrated battery. If you've calibrated your battery within the last 60 days and you are getting less than 2 to 2 1/2 hours on a full charge then it is time to get a new battery. If you are getting 3 to 3 1/2 hours you are fine, regardless of your cycles. If you are in between decide if the $125 or so is well spent to get 4 hours or so.

When Should we expect support for album art and ease of looking at photos while playing music. I am very disappointed at the lack of this specific firmware upgrade. I hope to see it soon on the Zen MicroPhoto.

I'm using volume licensing and the Adobe Licensing Website. When should I expect upgrades to hit for CS 5 upgrades to hit for the licenses I've bought an upgrade plan for?

Having sat for my last 2 exams (Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring 70-642 and Pro: Windows Server 2008, Enterprise Administrator 70-647) on MCITP Enterprise Admin Certificate on 30th January, 2014, I expected to being in a position to order
and able to download my MCITP Certificate to-date. But I am yet to receive an email on confirmation of the certificate and instead I've only receive MCTS certificate on Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration on 2nd Feb, 2014. Considering
this is the 7th day since get done with exams, When should I expect to get the certificate entitled MCITP EA?

Are all of your passed exams appearing on your MCP transcript? If they are, sometimes it take a few extra days for all the titles to appear on your transcript. However, seven (7) days is a long time. If you call them, they might tell you to wait
until ten (10) days. That's what they told me a few weeks ago.
If there are passed exams missing on your transcript, you can scan them as images (less than 100K in size) and send them to Microsoft.
Gather the image(s) and other information including your MCP ID and your Prometric ID (it's on your pass exam) and then contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center. Their email address is

You can also call them on the phone. Please use the following web page to find the correct contact information for help.

Chances are good that if you decide to call them, they give you specific instructions and you will end up emailing them anyway.

When should I expect to get my iPhone 6?

I just ordered my iPhone 6 64 GB SG yesterday, Oct. 4, at a brick-and-mortar Verizon store. The representative at the store charged me for the phone, after saying that I would receive my phone within the next three weeks (actually, he said between Oct. 15 and Oct. 24, but I was just rounding). However, after arriving home, I checked the Verizon website on a hunch, and it said it would ship by Oct. 31! Then I checked these forums, and I see that some people's devices are getting shipped 12, even 16 days before their estimated ship by date? So, my question is, if anyone has ordered anything like I have, what sort of timeline should I expect? Should I expect to receive it in the next 2 weeks? Or is it more likely that I won't get it until November or late-October?

How do I import camera roll photos when setting up as a new iPhone

I have a new iPhone 6, which has a software issue.
The Apple Genius bar suggested I set it up as a NEW iPhone, rather than restore the backup I initially did from my 5S.
What is the best way to restore the photos I have taken on the iPhone back to the camera roll? (I am using a PC on Win7)
The Genius bar suggested saving the photos to My Pictures by dragging them off as if it were a flash drive.
He then said I should add them back once my new phone is set up though iTunes & photos.
My concern is that when I did this a few years ago, all the metadata with the photo seems to get lost and pics came back in random orders.
is this still the case & will it work properly now, or does anyone have better suggestions for doing this (such as backing them up to iCloud, then restoring)?

HT5824 i let my girlfriend use my apple id when i got her a new iPhone and now everything that is associated with my apple id refers to her as the main user which means my iPhone and mac book think im her. How do i get my iCloud to recognize me again?

When i bought my girlfriend an iPhone i let her use my apple id. I got some of the problems with letting her do that instead of creating her own worked out but one that i do not know how to fix is my mac book and my iPhone thinks i am her. When i ask siri who i am it responds with her name on my phone. When i try facetiming her on my iPhone it calls my mac book. I try to edit the account but the one option that i don't see is the option to change who the iCloud recognizes as "me." If i create a new apple id i will lose a lot of stuff that i have saved. Does anybody know a solution to this without losing everything i have?

Well, yeah. You want to create separate accounts for each of you, using individual Apple IDs. I know mothers and daughters like to share clothes, shoes, handbags, etc. but don't share Apple IDs.

My iphone will not set up as a new iphone and it constantly goes back to the same screen when hit set up as new iphone how to fix this?

I just updated to 6.1.3 not knowing that i would ahve to completley reset my iphone because i did this while jailbroken, wanted to get rid of it anway but not when i try to set up my idevice as a new iphone via itunes it doesnt do anything i click on it and it takes me to my music and does nothing i click on the iphone thing and it takes me back o the same screen asking do i want restore or set up as new ihpone i have tried both and they do the same thing which is nothing. i even tried to reset it again by putting it in dfu mode nothing is working.... No such thing has occurred. iPhones do not backup to one another.
It is not possible to backup a different iPhone from the one being updated.
If the iPhone was restored with a backup from a different device, restore it again from the correct backup.

Pay attention when restoring the iPhone and select the correct backup to restore from.
