When someone facetimes me it also goes to husbands phone

We have 2 numbers on apple account so when someone facetimes me it also goes to husbands phone. We have gotten into settings and made sure there was only a check mark by our own numbers but this did not solve the problem. Also when I try to facetime someone it says facetime has failed. Help!

I have tried holding down the home and power button countless of times. It doesnt respond at all. Plug my phone to a charger and hold down the power button and my phone switched on. But it said Activation Required and said connect to Itunes. As e screen remains on the connect to Itunes screen, I disconnect the charger from my phone and my phone went dead instantly. My battery is full btw. Tried connecting to Itunes through my Macbook Pro but iTunes doesnt detect my device and the apple logo flashes for about a few seconds on my phone and then disappear and then came back on again. My Iphone has been connected to my laptop for about 30 mins and the apple logo has been coming on and off for 30 minutes now and Itunes has not detect my device yet.

The iTunes and iCloud accounts are different accounts, check that you are not both using the same iCloud account at settings > iCloud.

My iPhone 4s is not making any noise except for when someone calls me, an alarm going off, or unlocking it.

I have no sound except for my ringtone, alarm, and sometimes the unlocking noise. No text alerts, email alerts, media noise, Pandora noise, iTunes noise, anything. First on my own I restored it to factory settings, cleaned the dock and head jack, did the head phone trick in and out, and I have checked for water damage. I have searched the threads and Google for solutions but none have worked. I talked to Apple today and they made me restore it again and it still doesn't work.

Also I should mention that Apple said it is a hardware issue, but a software issue.

That is a new feature of Continuity described in Connect your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac using Continuity - Apple Support
You can stop it by going to Settings > FaceTime and changing "iPhone Cellular Calls" to off on both phones.
You amy also want to consider using separate Apple iDs.

I have this exact problem. I have 3 email addresses on my mac and I can select one, and the email still be sent through another account and I won't know it until I get a reply for that email in one of the other accounts.

You are both signed ointo iMessage with the same APple ID. It is always best practice to use separate APple IDs for iCloud, iMessage & FaceTime.
If you choose to use the same Apple ID, check your Send & Recieve settings:
Settings > Messages > Send & Recieve > Make sure your husbands number is not checked on your phone (in both the You Can Be Reached By iMessage At and Start New Conversations From sections) and yours is not check on his phone.

Try turning down the speak volume (System Preferences->Sound->Output->Output Volume) or the microphone gain (System Preferences->Sound->Input->Input Volume). Do this on both sides of the call.

The best way is to not share Apple IDs but also make sure under Settings & Messages on both devices that only one phone number is checked.

When you connect the iPhone to sync with the new computer, a number of things will happen. If the new computer/iTunes does not contain any music, then yes, you will receive a prompt saying this iPhone is synced to another library, and if you continue, you will lose your music. However, you risk losing a number of other things, such as apps, contacts and calendar data. When you ask about photos, any photos that you have on the iPhone that were synced from the previous computer would also be lost. You need to save the photo folder from the old laptop and transfer that to the new desktop. You also need to sync the contacts and calendar to the same supported application that you were using in the past, such as Outlook, unless you are using an outside web-based sync, such as Google. Also, when you first connect the iPhone, it will make a backup, or at least make sure that it does before you attempt to sync, or you will not have a backup of some of the other things, such as mail settings, SMS, and the contents of the Camera Roll. I would import the photos from the camera roll to the new computer before trying to do anything else in iTunes.

You can turn it off:
Turn off iPhone cellular calls
To turn off iPhone Cellular Calls on a device, go to Settings > FaceTime and turn off iPhone Cellular Calls.

Yes, this is because Lion or ML which you are using have lousy networking.
The trick is simply reboot the TC..
Or on Lion use the 5.6 utility and disconnect all users.
