When starting Elements 10 it goes into organiser then a message comes up saying Elements 10 has stop

I am running Windows Vista. I have just installed Elements 10. Everytime I start the programme It goes into organiser and ten seconds or so later I get a message saying " Elements 10 Organiser has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Any ideas anyone?

Start PSE to get to the Welcome screen.
Hold down the Ctrl + Shift keys and click Organizer. Keep holding down the keys until you see the Catalog window.
Select your catalog and click Repair. Select “repair anyway” even if PSE doesn’t find problems.
Then for good measure, click Optimize.
If repairing resolves your issue then fine else repeat the above steps, but click New to create a new catalog. If you’re able to import photos into the new catalog and the Organizer works fine, then problem can be old catalog.
Check for Task Manager and end the "ElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe" file and then try.
- Try launching Organizer directly from the exe with Admin rights.

Having the same issue here....a quick fix is to just minimize the window, and immediately maximize it. It will now fit the screen. Trouble is, after you close it, you'll have to do it again when you re-start itunes. The good news is it takes all of about 2 seconds. Apple should fix this. Should.

When I start any program in the suite the error message, "Licensing for this product has stopped working." I restarted the computer and tried again to run Photoshop and the same error message appeared. The message was followed by a message that stated that I needed to contact Adobe technical support and mention Error: 150.30. I need Adobe technical support to provide me a solution for my problem so I can continue using my Adobe products installed on my computer.

Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

It sounds like you have a 1G iPod Touch, in which case you can only upgrade to iOS version 3.1. Here is a link to purchase the update.

Can't get itunes. I get the following message when I click on either the shortcut or the program. It says ITunes has stopped working and I can either check on line for a solution and close the program or just close the program.

When I click on the itunes shortcut or the program I get the following message:
ITunes has stopped working. My two options are: Windows can check on line for a solution to the problem or close the program.
It seems that my entire library is not there. If I sync my ipod will it add it back into my library on the computer?
I've even tried installing again and nothing works. Tried the "repair" and it says that ITunes is loaded but I stil get the above error when I try to open the program.

I download latest updates for itunes and my iphone, when it comes to installing, it successfully downloads, but then i get a message for iphone software error=1403 file corrupted, and for itunes it downloads, then when i try to install it a message says unable to install software, file maybe corrupted!!

The iTunes update must be downloaded and installed before you try and use it to update the iPhone OS

When it completes it will auto mount the disc image and show you the package installer, don't try and do anything with the file until it gets to this stage.
Once that's installed reboot the Mac, run iTunes, connect your iPhone and let it sync, then hit the update button and let it complete that step by itself (which will require a restart of the iPhone)

Iphone 4 wont sync to itunes anymore. Itunes opens then a message comes up saying I need to restore it. I want to avoid doing this as I've noticed some of my purchases since updating itunes are missing from computer but they are on my phone.

I have reset my phone, put the latest updates on itunes and iphone and thought it might work then, but no luck. I am trying to avoid restoring it as I dont want to loose the data I have purchased that is missing off my itunes since I updated that. I am on an imac. Is there anyway I can get around the issue of syncing again or should I just restore once I have contacted itunes about them deleting my paid for items! I feel very ripped off, its like buyoing something from target and having the manager come to your house and retrieve it! lol

How to Use Multiple iDevices with One Computer

The updated Pages App. Documents sync between ipad and iphone, but only open on ipad. When I try to open docs on iphone, a message comes up saying "Cannot open document."

My iPad 2 and my iPhone 4S automatically updated my Pages App, which I used all the time. It did sync all my documents between the two devices but it will not allow me to open docs on iPhone, only on iPad.
That's never happened before. I am just now updating my phone (4S) to iOS 7.0.3. Maybe that will do the trick?

Thanks very much for the instructions. I encountered this problem this morning myself and the recommendation fixed the problem immediately. When things like this happen with iCloud and Pages it makes me wonder if I might be better off using something else, having just recently had to fix the problem that the current Pages can't read documents I created with a much earlier version until they were "upgraded" by an interim version.

One of my apps won't update. A message comes up saying "The item you tried to buy is no longer available", but when I open the app, it works.

I looked at my iphone 4 and I had two apps that needed to be updated. I pressed "Update All", but only one of them updated. The other, which is the HauteLook app, didn't, and has the little red 1 on my app store application. When I open the app store, it says it needs to be updated. I have opened the app and used it, so it's not broken. I have turned off my phone and turned it back on, and the notification that I need to update it is still there. I have had my phone for almost 2 years and this has never happened to me before. I did just recently get the IOS 6 update, but since having it, I have had to update apps and never got this message until now. If anyone has any idea how to fix this I would really appericate the help!

I suggest trying the update again after an hour or two. Sometimes, the notice that an update is available comes an hour or two before the developers actually sends the revised app out to be downloaded.

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair".

I have already copied my photographs to the a library manager but when I tried to reuse iphoto and import the photos back into iphoto, it would not let me.
You can't "copy" your photos to the "library manager", there is just no way to any such thing.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
