When Sync the Contacts , it is getting Duplicate

I'm using a Nokia E 90 Communicator Phone . I'm using Mail for Exchange software with it. it has configured my Comapny Exchange mail account. Last time i upgraded the Mail for Exchange version. tI'm using the Nokia PC Suite for Sysnc this Devices. ( Nokia PC Suite comes with Orginal Phone as a CD)hen when I sync the Contacts between Mobile & MS Outlook 2007 . unfortunatly my Contact is getting Duplicate between Both side (Nokia Mobile & MS Oulook Ends ). lot of time i'v faced to this situation.
Other thing is i've saved my some contacts as Categorized . (Ex: Home Phone No , Mobile No , Office No , Email Address.) . but it save in Outlook like this type. it save just default type .
So Kindly please give solution also.

The figures that Apple used to use when saying how many songs coud fit onto any particular iPod were based on a 4 minute song at a Bit Rate of 128Kbps and that's the bit rate that songs sold by iTunes used to be in. However, now the iTunes Store sells songs at 256Kbps (as do many other MP3 stores) - which means that each song now uses twice as much storage space than before.
So if your songs have a bit rate of higher than 128Kbps, and/or they are all longer than four minutes each, that's why 385 songs is filling up your iPod. You can check how much space is being used when the iPod is connected to iTunes Library. Look on the Device panes for the capacity bar at the bottom of the window. How much space is being used by Music?
The solution is either:
Use iTunes to make 128Kbps versions to go onto your iPod - or,
Sync the iPod using Playlists and then choosing which Playlists you want on it. Smart Playlists may be the answer - you can set Smart Playlists up so that they automatically add and remove songs from your iPod, so that there is a constant change of songs (according to the rules you set)

You can delete the empty one by dragging it to the trash ( test everything before emptying the trash)
Merging libraries requires iPhoto Library Manager - http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/ - it is the only current solution to merging libraries

Single click on the Home button. Then double click on the Home button. In the recently used row, touch and hold the Contact app till they start to wiggle and then tap the minus sing by the contacts app.
Also make sure the Contact program on your computer is closed.

I have the same problem before, duplication takes place maybe after or during syncing. No possible way to eliminate conflicts but to delete those duplicates manually, till I found a useful tool, the so- called Scrubly Duplicate Contacts Remover..Maybe you can use this tool too. It works very well for me. hope this helps.

Ok.
Open System Preferences, Apple Logo icon in the menu bar and then System Preferences or the Sys Pref iocon in the Dock and go to the Internet Accounts area and look at your iCloud account. It should list what is and isn't synced by a checkmark next to each item.
Also in the Contacts app click on Contacts in the menu bar and select Preferences then accounts and make sure your iCloud account is listed. You can also do that from the Internet Accounts area in System Preferences.
