Well, you can go into setting>mail, contacts, calendars>add new account or through iTunes you can plug your phone into your computer, open iTunes, select your device, then select info. I hope this helps. Au revoir!

Yes, I removed iCloud add-on from Outlook; and uninstalled iCloud. I then re-installed, and sync would not work (no tab for sync in Outlook either). There was no improvement.
However, since reading your post, I have just tried signing out of icloud control panel and signing in again....and now all si working as it should. Weird!!

Have been using an iPhone and sysncing with Outlook through iTunes for several years. Downloaded the recent update to iTunes and now sycing of contacts & calendars is not occuring. I did see that i had to recheck to sync contacts and calendars again and have done this, but still no syncing is occuring. Any suggestions?

I was trying to get my personal computer contacts and calendar in outlook on my iphone and ipad. I was told to use icloud. I went to control panel and then icloud and selected my contacts and calendar. Now ALL MY DATA IS DELETED FROM OUTLOOK. Help!!
I was just on the line with Apple Tech support. First of all, I learned that when you link contacts to iCloud, it moves all your contacts to another/new address book...look for aother address books and you will see it. But I found the new address book dies weird things and changes the "Display Names" format. Evidently (per Apple support tech) there is no way to avoid this problem...so I just delinked the iCloud from my contacts. The contacts stayed in the iCloud address book...so I exported them to a CSV (comma separated value) file and saved it on my desktop and then imported that list into my original contacts folder. Now everything is back the way it was...being able to use my contact address book the way I did before. I was surprised that they never considered or realized this problem...but then the tech guy admitted that they really don't have A LOT of experience using Windows PC's.

Hello everyone, My iphone 5 runs IOS7. It can only rotate when the iphone is already in the sideways, but can not rotate up itself when I turn iphone up. I must tap the assistive touch button to rotate it. This is inconvernient for me.How can I fix?
Took my phone to the Apple store this week and they told me it was a hardware/screen malfunction. They replaced the screen for free since it was under warranty. Now it works fine again!

I have created a Blog in iWeb and uploaded it to an FTP server. It works fine, except that the 'Comments' facility is missing. When I upload the blog to MobileMe the 'Comments' facility is there and working great. How can I solve the problem on the FTP server Blog.

Cannot synchronize my BlackBerry Z10 with Outlook 2007 on my Windows 7 Computer
Z 10 Sync to Outlook I cannot sync, despite my best efforts, my BlackBerry z10 with my calendar on my Outlook 2007 on my Windows 7 computer. I am not such a blithering **bleep** that I cannot figure out to, and I have already done, the following: 1, make sure I have an updated BlackBerry Link software; 2, Hook up my phone to the computer and select the device; 3, select "Microsoft Outlook" as account type. 4. Select "calendar" The process seems to start out fine, and then I get a "Sync was unsuccessful" message. I am thinking of getting a web- based work around, by synchronizing Outlook with Google Jacaranda maybe, and then synchronizing it that way, but that uses data. I should be able to use default settings and simply use BlackBerry Link software and the cord that comes with my phone.

Sync iphone 4 with outlook 2007 contacts
I used to have a checkbox to select sync with outlook, but new iTunes (v 11.0.2) now simply says my contacts are synced over the cloud. However, there are contacts in my outlook 2007 app that are not in my iphone. How can enable/select/force sync with my outlook 2007 datatbase of contacts?? "Contacts" are "on" in iPhone settings.
I would love to do this as well. All I need is my calendar appts from outlook. Right now I am using google calendar sync, but I would like to move to the cloud and away from google. I find it hard to believe there isn't an option to do this.

Outlook contacts is not an option when trying to sync to my iphone. I added the addin in the outlook tools section. It has worked in the past but I have not used it lately to sync.

ITunes 9.2.1.4 won't sync iPhone 3GS with Outlook 2007 Calendar
iPhone sync was fine through all previous iTunes updates. Now new events in Outlook don't show up on iPhone after sync, and new events on iPhone don't show up on Outlook. If Apple can't fix this, I need instructions on how to revert to previous version of iTunes.
I have spent all day trying various stuff (reset sync history, computer overrides iPhone) with no luck. Best solution with new calendar events is to enter them twice, once in Outlook, then again on iPhone. This is NOT acceptable. Apple, why did this "feature" get released?Sync now working. In Outlook, selected View, Current View, Events. Then View, Current View, Customize Current View, then Fields, all appointment fields, and moved reminder into the view. Then clicked every event that had a reminder, set the reminder to none, and eventually returned to the Day Week Month view. Next sync, all events synced both ways.

Are you trying to add your Exchange account to "Outlook for Mac" or to "Apple Mail"?
What version on OS X are you using?
What version of Exchange does your account use?
