Deauthorizing won't delete anything, and all your purchased content is safe. You will just have to reauthorize any of the other computers that get deauthorized along with your computers old machine id.
To get your purchased content back on that computer, just use iTunes to redownload it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US). Of course, music you ripped from CD or got from another source you'll need to copy those files back over.

You need to use your "emergency email" that you used to set up your iPod to change the security questions and answers.

Ipad takes photo every time I close the cover of its case. When I close the cover - it really does take a picture and saves a photo. Luckly, it make a click, and pictures are seen in the photo album, and it does not appear to be forwarding.

It seems to take a picture of the counter top = I do not see the keyboard.
I am wondering ....It may be a kids game app that takes pictures of the screen or out the back camera. I am starting to think it may just be a sound effect when placing the iPad on its screen. So many things that may be unrelated but coincedental. It started in May (the sound) and so did the multiple pictures - starting to think they are not related.

I have the new Windows Vista but iTunes does not work good.
And I have to use it, to manage my music on my iPod.
When there will be a Vista compatibles Version of iTunes??
And when will come an 64-Bit Version?

iTunes running under VISTA does not recognize media burned by iTunes Backup (v7.0.2) from a non-Vista machine.
The original machine recognizes the media just fine, but the new VISTA machine does not recognize the dvd at all.

Iphone 4 set up query have a brand new iphone 4, I have plugged it in using the wall charger and it does not seem to be doing anything. Trying to turn it on it is not working either. Is there some vital part of set up I have missed or is this a dud??

Try resetting the phone:
Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release.
Then, launch iTunes & connect your phone...what happens?

You will need to contact your carrier to see if this iPhone is unlocked py providing them the IMEI. If the iPhone is not unlocked you will need to contact the carrier that the iPhone is locked to to see if they will unlock the device to use on another carrier.

I have Window 8 and running Internet Explorer 10 and when I go to a website that need Adobe to run the program, it tells me that I do not have Shockwave is enabled and ActiveX Filtering is not, and I have ran all the test that is aked on the site to check it out and everything is okay. I am having trouble - when I turn on my ipod touch - the only thing on the screen is a usb cable with an arrow pointing to the itunes logo. I got it from a friend who cleared all of his stuff off of it. I have an imac and I set up additional user accounts. When I start up or restart the computer it only shows me the option of logging on as the system administrator and it does not show the other accounts for my wife and kids.

When I start up my additional user accounts do not show so I can log onto them. The same thing happens when I log out as the system admin. How do I get to the additional accounts that I have set up on my imac so I can log in under them. Thanks

There is zero advantage to partitioning a HD for the purpose you have described. I recommend that you take your machine to an AASP, describe the problem and they will help you get it back working. Partitioning a HD is a 1990's approach and is of no value what-so-ever unless you installing multiple operating systems on the HD. In that case it would be valuable.
