When syncing I receive a message "could not be synced because sync session failed to start". I am using the latest iTunes and also phone is on latest version.

I'm wondering whether you're using the latest iTunes or not. If you're using the latest iTunes and still face the issue, then you should restart both your computer and your iPhone to make sure the sync process go on properly.

You will need to go into your Files and locate the song. By default, iTunes saves songs in the iTunes Media Folder which can be found in the following locations:
Mac OS X: /Users/username/Music
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\
Windows Vista: \Users\username\Music\iTunes
Windows 7 and Windows 8: \Users\username\My Music\iTunes
If you locate your song file, when you try to play it in iTunes, you will be given an option to locate. Navigate to the file in the pop up window and iTunes will re-path the file location.
Most people encounter this issue when moving to a new computer or if you have your music saved on an external drive or folder that you have since moved or removed. The imperative part is finding the song so you can re-map it.

I am getting this same message. I recently bought a new Macbook Pro and the geeks transferred my files from my mini-mac. Perhaps they did not transfer something critical? I follow the "locate" option when it asks to find my files and I get a file folder that has a red circle with a white bar in the middle.
I have the same issues with my downloaded movies but my apps all seem to be fine.
Even more confusing - it seems to allow random songs to play and download on my Macbook and other devices. But most of my music - whether downloaded from iTunes or my CD collection comes up with that message about the original file.
Should I get new geeks to locate these files on my old mini-mac?

It seems you lack the rights to change the file, so you may want to repair permissions.
Do you have administrator rights?

I use an WD passport as an external back up and retrieved my itunes library but now get the message "could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?" so itunes is not recognised the exclamation marked songs, how do i get the retrieved files recognised. At times I get fed-up with Apple blocking files being used, although I like the product its restrictions are so silly!

You not only have to retrieve the library file from the backup drive but the actual music files (usually stored within the "iTunes Media" folder) as well.

I have avery basic BT application , very simple Orchestration, Receiveshape, Transform shape and send shape. the schema is validated and generated an instance. Compiled the application, created 1 receive port and 1 send port which are bound tp the 2 logical
ports in the orchestration, of course the receive shape in the orchestration has property activate = true.
When I submit the instance, it gets suspended, eror Info in admin console is :
The published message could not be routed because no subscribers were found. This error occurs if the subscribing orchestration or send port has not been enlisted, or if some of the message properties necessary for subscription evaluation have not been
promoted. Please use the Biztalk Administration console to troubleshoot this failure.
When clicking on 3rd tab, Messages, I discovered that Message Type was not identified which causing the non-routing.

Generate a sample instance message from schema and try with that.
Who to generate?
Open Visual Studio-> Your Project -> In Solution Explorer, right-click the schema for which you want to generate an instance
message, and then click Generate Instance.
Alternatively, Refer: Error: "The published message could not be routed
because no subscribers were found."
Your receive pipeline should be XMLReceive and not PassThruReceive.

This has happened to me a couple of times and what I do is quit iTunes and restart my Mac and then try again and then it will work.
If iTunes has already created the backup, you should still be able to restore from the backup when you are connected to iTunes. Right click on the iPad name on the left side of iTunes and select restore from backup. After the process completes, sync with iTunes to transfer all of your apps, music, photos and other media back onto the iPad.
