I have an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 5s. Both are unlocked, and on AT&T. Buy the phone, activate it on AT&T (or any carrier). Pay the ETF fee, then go through the carrier unlock request process. A multi-step process that takes a few days to complete but very doable. Plus it is less expensive than buying an unlocked phone initially. 16GB: 199 + 325 ETF = 524. New unlocked ip6 is $649

Right now, the iPhone 4s is "free" meaning the price of the phone it's self is $0, but you have to get a data plan along with that. I am interested in getting an iPhone so I was wondering if I should wait, because will the phone that is "free" change to the iPhone 5 or 5c when the iPhone 6 does out? Or will it still be the 4s? The Difference between iphone Unlock T-Mobile and iphone Unlock Free-Sim

As mentiond in the title my questions are:-
- What is the Difference between iphone Unlock T-Mobile and iphone Unlock Free-Sim?!
- Did they both work Internationally?!
- For the Unlock T-Mobile should i use their sim or i can use any sim directly?!

Unlocked means unlocked and you can use any sim card and keep changing them and the phone will never lock if it is unlocked.
Sim free, means that the phone is sold at full price without a sim card, but the phone will lock to the first sim card that you put in it. A sim free phone will work internationally, but you will have to use a roaming plan with your phone company because the phone will be locked, so you CANNOT change it to a local sim card.
If you have an unlocked phone, you can use it internationally by inserting a local sim card and the phone should then work and you won't have to pay increased roaming charges as you would with a locked phone.
If you buy a T-Mobile phone that is unlocked, DO NOT activate it with their sim card or the phone will lock to T-Mobile and you will have to approach them to get it unlocked. Use it with another sim card straight away and it will remain unlocked.

Keep in mind that just because a device may not be upgradeable to the latest iOS release does not mean it cannot continue to work just fine on the last update it did get. There will be many devices that were incompatible with iOS 7 that will continuing to work just fine on iOS 6 for a long time yet. There are many people still using their iPad 1 despite the fact it stopped getting iOS updates after iOS 5.1.1.
One way to safeguard your apps against future incompatible versions is to keep a backup of all your apps in iTunes on your computer. That way, if an update to the app comes out that is not backwards compatible with your iOS, you still have a copy of the last version of the app that was compatible with your device and your iOS release.

Once again, the Find My iPhone app has no effect on this.
Find My iPhone must be enabled with your iCloud account settings on the iPhone.
Location Services must be enabled.
The iPhone must be connected to the internet via an available wi-fi network or via the carrier's cellular network.
If the iPhone is powered off, none of the Find My iPhone features can work, and the same if the thief or whoever has access to the iPhone has restored the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone on another computer.

Look at your receipt. Does it say unlocked? It is possible to purchase both locked "sim free" and unlocked iPhones from Apple.
ONLY the carrier an iPhone is locked to can legitimately unlock it.
IF your receipt says that it was supposed to be unlocked, and it is not, call AppleCare. They should be able to straighten it out.

Sorry for the practical joke, but really, there are dozens if not hundreds of threads asking this question and the answer is always the same: No one knows exactly, and that's the way Apple wants it. Apple hasn't even announced that there is going to be an iPhone 5; it's all speculation and rumor for now.
My best guess is that you'll see a new iPhone at the same time iOS 5 is released, which should be late September or early October. (Or not... Apple will only say, "Fall 2011 – nothing more specific.) But it might not be an iPhone 5; it could be a slightly modified iPhone 4, or nothing at all.

While the iOS updates aren't designed to erase your information, it is always a good idea to back up your information just in case the process doesn't go too smoothly. Take a look at the article below for information on how to back up your device to iTunes as well as some information on what gets backed up. And if you don't want it so you will click on i don't want it
and it won't say your name
