i would like to buy the new ipad (3) but when i enter the online store for United arab Emirates i can see only the ipad 2 ....is it going to be released soon?

No one here would know when Apple will release the new iPad in your country unless Apple has made an announcement of a future date for the release. I have not seen such an announcement in the press. Apple does not answer questions here.

Synching sings to the new iPad

Why cant i synch perviously purchased songs on my new iPad? Works fine on my old iPad and iPhone 4. Have tried resynching and it does not want to load some songs. Advice?

Yes, 3G is cellular also. When the new iPad was released it was listed as "WiFi + 4G". However, as it is not 4G in all countries and there was something of a kerfuffle over that, Apple started calling it "WiFi+Cellular". Which kind of cellular you get depends on your carrier and country.

I purchased an iPad mini on October 10th. I want to return it and get the new ipad mini retina when it comes out. How do I do that if the new ipad mini release date isn't until "later in November", which is beyond the 14 days from my purchase date?

I purchased an iPad mini on October 10th. I want to return it and get the new ipad mini retina when it comes out. I am currently still within the 14 day return/exchange window but how can I exchange it if the new ipad mini release date isn't until "later in November", which would be beyond the 14 days from my purchase date? If apple announces a new version of a product you just purchased but won't actually release it for more than 14 days, how can you possibly exchange the one you just bought? Is my only option to return the one I bought on the 10th (so return by 10/24) and then not have an iPad until the new one is available for purchase? Or would it make any sense to return the one I bought, get a new one, which would presumably have another 14 day return window, and then exchange THAT one for the new ipad mini w/ retina when it comes out (hopefully within that second 14 day window)?

Call the apple store you got it from and ask them. Sometimes in the past they've extended the 'no questions asked return' but only Apple can tell you for sure.

The iPad Mini Retina was released in a number of countries last week (including the US and here in the UK) - does Apple have an online store in your country, and is it listed for sale there (or have a date for when it will be) ? If not then until Apple announce something we won't know if/when it might be released in your country.

If I did (and I don't) I couldn't announce it here. Apple has not announced any releases beyond the countries on the list for March 16 and 23, and speculation about such is not allowed on this forum.
