Have a similar problem. This MacBook opened all MS Office programs in Dec2012 but no longer does in Feb2013. Went to Microsoft/mac/downloads but none of the three updates would run citing a problem "version of software needed to run this update was not found on this volume".

How can I log onto iCloud from my iPad when the option is in grey and therefore not available. I deleted my account as it was showing up with an old Id ( I'd changed my email) but now I've done that it won't give me the option of logging back on. Do I have to do this on another device Or computer linked to iTunes first?

On your iPhone, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage. There you should be able to see how much of your used storage is allocated to different things (ex., iphone backup, ipad backup, mail). From there you should be able to figure out what is going on.

since updating to the most recent versions of mozilla and flashplayer my browser has ground to a standstill. this is only fixed by disabling the flash player add-on but then i can't watch any video content. this has been the case for a couple of months. i have an HP dv6000 with AMD, which i saw from another forum may be the problem. I have all my software up today with the exeption of iWork, mine is iWork '08. Have any sence buy '09 to access all the "new features" (iCloud, full screen mode, etc.) anyone knows if Apple plans to introduce something new (due the fact that the software is more than 4 years old) this year? Solution: buy iWorks '09.
Do you mean the death of iWorks '09?
Solution: Save backups of your business documents as plain text. They will survive the death of iWorks '09 and will be compatible with any new version. Also will be compatible with Word and Excel on a Mac or Windows. You will lose the formatting, but the data will survive.
Exporting to RTF or PDF will preserve the formatting if that is important.

64 bit version of Ultranav driver not available for download

Using either Update Retriever or System Update, version 7.202.1616.206 of the ThinkPad UltraNav Driver 2 (Alps) 64 bit is missing from the System Update catalogue. Package ID: 6EGY02WW is not presented. Only the 32 bit version (Package ID: 6EGX02WW) is available.
           It can be downloaded and manually installed from the driver matrix, but you would have to realize that there was a more recent version available that System Update had not installed, and go looking for it. This update applies to machine types:

Hi Stormycloud,
The problem is resolved. Today, on both of my R500 machines, Update Retriever informed me that the 64 bit version of the Ultranav utility was available for download. On both of my machines I then downloaded the driver. I was then able to use System Update to install the driver. Thank-you. Case closed.

I am running Photoshop CC 2014 on Windows 8.1 with an AMD quad core processor and AMD E1-2100 APU with AMD Radeon HD 8210 Graphics Card. I have installed the latest driver version 13.152.0.0. When I activate puppet warp, the mesh appears over the image and I can place the first pin. However, when I go to add the second pin, Photoshop crashes. I have tried with on a new, blank file, with just a few lines on it, but, as soon as I place the first pin, the image disappears, and then, as soon as I click anywhere else in the image, Photoshop crashes. I have followed all the online advice about settings under the Preferences/Performance interface, but nothing fixes the problem. Can anyone please help?
