When the page onload  the query must run.

I put bind variables in a view objects. When the page onload the query must run. i added ExecuteWithParams , invokeaction in page definition. And i added in java bean follow codes. And then i added this code in Page definition like this
<pageDefinition xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/adfm/uimodel"
version="10.1.3.40.66" id="evrakPageDef"
Package="view.pageDefs" ControllerClass="#{evrak}">
evrak java code :
String evr= "20070002362";
String krm= "02030000";
String prt= "B";
String prs= "60711630";
AdfFacesContext faces= AdfFacesContext.getCurrentInstance();
faces.getProcessScope().put("evrak",evr);
faces.getProcessScope().put("kurumcode",krm);
faces.getProcessScope().put("pertur",prt);
faces.getProcessScope().put("sicil",prs);
When the *.jspx page onload , the query is not running. the items are empty.
What can i do anymore?
Thanks

Hi,
- create the binding fro the ExecuteWithParams
- go to the binding and expand it
- select the argument items and use EL to provide the values (if not they are static)
- create a invokeAction in the executable section of the binding
- point the invoke action to the execute with params method
- run the page

  • How to ignore a variable defined in a query when the query gets executed

    Hi SAP guru, I am creating a query, which has a user input variable, say A, and a replacement path variable, say B, Bu2019s value is determined by A and the whole purpose of A is letting user entering an initial value and A must be ignored when the query gets executed. How can I achieve this in query designer?
    Thanks

    Hi, thanks for the reply. Actually this is not my problem. My problem is the query should be filtered by  a variable, say B, but B is not allowed to be entered directly by user (i.e. B could be a replacement path variable or user exit type). So B has to be derived from another user input variable, say A. However if I defined A in the query, A is by default used as one of the filters, which is not desirable because A is a subset of B in my case and should be ignored.
    Is there options (settings) that allow the query ignore a specified variable (A) ? If not is there other ways to get around this?
    Thanks

  • If the database is shutdown when the applcation is running what is happened

    I am using coneection pool to connect database. If the database is shutdown when the applcation is running what is happened? and how the database will be reconnected.
    I am using MySQL 3.23.52, Tomcat 4.1.12

    Hi,
    Performance of any n-tier system which takes the advantage of connection pooling will be much higher compared to its non-pooled counterpart.
    You have to be very careful while designing/using a connection pool.if u are using pool obtained from a third party,ur control on this pool will be limited - with a few set/get methods.
    A well designed pool wont create much trouble. if u are creating your own pool, basic steps required are
    1.create 'n' number of connections
    2.whenever user requests for a connection, check the validity of the connection- by sendin a simple select query etc- and if its not stale,give this connection to the caller.
    3.if the connection is stale ie it fails the pretest, close all the connections and create the pool afresh.
    4.connections obtained from the pool will be automatically returned back to the pool whenever the applciation call conn.close().
    from ur application, follow the steps for each connection you use (not necessary for a well designed pool)
    1.call ds.getconnection()
    2.check validity of this connection by sending a simple select query.if it works,everything is fine. otherwise something is wrong with connection(not always).
    3.sql exception may occur during the execution of sql query. this can be due to either
    a.database shut down (network related)
    b.database specific - like wrong query,invalid objects etc
    you have to look at the sql state/vendor code (which can be retrieved from the caught exception). the retrieved code will give you a hint why the error (network or database specific).and you can act accordingly.
    Most of the app servers comes with builtin connection pooling module. and handling stale connection is not a difficult task for the programmer. eg: if you are designing applcations for IBM websphere, you can use StaleConnectionException in your code.if this exception is caught,the whole pool is destroyed and created afresh.

  • The query just run the first time, the second doesnt run

    The query just run the first time, the second doesnt run, i checked it in the SM50 and appear this msg:
    CL_RSR_CACHE_BO_FF============CP
    its not a problem of indexes, i repaired it but its really weird cause the first time the query run ok, the second doesnt, it seems that the cache is confused or i dont know, help guys, i'll really appreciate it

    I was watching the notes, its really weird when i load the cube and execute the query for the first time, its ok, to the second stay in cache, but i was watching that the cube doesnt allow me activat the BD statistics, i dont know if this is necesary to improve the performance of the query, what i know is this:
    1- before i create a Hierarchy for an infoobject thta is in the cube ,  the query used to run ok. Now when i load the first time and execute its ok, but the second stay in cache.
    2- now i can activate the statistics for the cube, the indexes are ok, i checked for the RSRV and all is ok less the statistics.

  • Repeating frame not visible when the query returns no rows

    I've developed a report whose output looks like this:
    Subinventory | Part Code |Part Description |Ordered Qty | Received Qty
    Mentone St | BATT | non serialised item | |
    Mentone St | SONY | spare parts MIN MAX | 30| 0
    In the above report
    subinventory, Part Code, Part description are in one repeating frame and Ordered and received qty are in other repeating frame.
    for a perticular part code there may not be ordered or received quantities. Means the seond query fetches no rows for the perticulat partcode. In that case report is showing null(blank) but I want to print ZERO there.
    If I use NVL in the query it'll effect only when the query fetches some rows.
    I've tried with formula columns. for example in the formula column
    IF :ordered_qty IS NULL THEN
    v_ordered_qty :=0;
    ELSE
    v_ordered_qty := :ordered_qty;
    END IF;
    return(v_ordered_qty);
    I've assigned this formula column as source to the Ordered Qty Filed. Then also its not working.

  • How to initialize the variables in the subvi when the main vi running?

    Hi, friends!
    Now I am working on a project with labview. I make a main vi  including many subvis.
    When the main vi running, I want to reinnitialize the variables in the subvi to zero.
    I know that I can realize that  using the local variable when I enter the subvi,
    but I want to keep the the values when I left the subvi and saw them when I
    click in this subvi again. So, I do not reinitialize the subvi when it runs. But, I
    don not know how to reinitialize the indicators in the subvi when I run the main
    VI in the first instance. I try to use the global variables, but it seems do not work
    well. Would you like to give me some advice? Thanks a lot!

    Hi dec,
          If I understand your question, try using the "First Call?" node in your Sub-VI - to initialize values the first time the VI executes every time the top-level VI is Run.
    If this doesn't work for you, just post again!
    Cheers.

  • How archive infostructures are filled when the delete program runs(sd_cond)

    I could not find a suitable forum for this, hence posting it here. I need to know how the ZARIX tables get filled in SAP Archiving. As far as I know, they are filled automaticlaly when the delete job runs, but I could not find any code in SD_COND_ARCH_DELETE program.
    My issue is that my delete program did not fill one of the infostructures which was active and this infostructure corresponds to the zarix table. On the other hand, this infostructure got filled manually(verified in zarix also).
    Wondering how this could have happened. Can this be because multiple delete jobs are running creating various sessions. This is mainly with reference to the SD_COND archive object.

    Hi,
    There is a separate program to fill infostructures as when you fill them manually (Transaction SARJ, Environment -> Fill Structure) a new job is triggered. Have a look at the job that ran when you filled your infostructure manually and analyse the program that ran.
    There should not be any problem in filling the infostructures due to several archiving sessions running at the same time. If you face the same issue again, see if any of the archiving jobs (write, store, delete) failed for any reason. If all the jobs finished successfully but an infostructure didn't get filled then have a look for any OSS note related to this issue. If you can't find anything, raise an SAP message as the infostructures have to get filled automatically as otherwise there will be no access to the archived data.
    Hope this helps.

  • Session keeps running when the query has a syntax error

    I have a weird scenario.
    Take this query for example: select distinct physassignednum from hsi.docdeficiency where delinqlevel> 0 and dfcystatus in (1,6));
    This query has a syntax error as there is an additional bracket at the end. I know that. When I run it on STJOSE database the session keeps running and never returns. Even if I stop it, it does not. I try to disconnect, it says "Connection is currently busy. Try again?" This behavior is pretty consistent on STJOSET. If I run this query on UMASS database it gives me this error (as expected)

    I tried many times. But could not be successful. Then I just kept my icons in
    \forms90\java directory without making jar. In my form, icon file name is the icon name without extension. Here, i can see my icon in button. but if i replace an icon
    without changing the name of the icon, then i always see the old icon. The new icon, i can not see.
    Please, help me with only Oracle 10g AS how i can see icon in button. Let's assume, there is not oracle 10g DS (any development tool) in the machine where the form is run.
    Please, guide me clearly step by step so that i might be successful.
    Thanks.

    Thanks Bernard,
    It works fine with JInitiator but not working with
    the JPI. For JPI what settings I need to do ??hi TKARIM and Bernard, i am having similar problem even with the Bernard's recommended setup. could you post the webutiljini.htm (i presume you are using config=test) ?
    i am actually using jinitiator 1.3.1.28 with Oracle HTTP Server of OAS 10gR2) calling Forms Server 6i (f60cgi). After setting up according to Bernard's recommended setup steps, the java console showed that it loaded the icon jar file when it could not read the form, but it skipped the loading of the icon jar file once it read and started the form. How do we specify in the form to pick up the icon from the jar file instead from a directory ? Or do we need to specify ? Any ideas ?
    Thx and Regards

  • Where to check when the query was last used.

    Hi all,
    Where can we check the information when a particuler query was last used. (date ). Any table.
    Also how can we check the same from satistics queries.

    Hi..
    run a query and you will immediately see a new record in table RSDDSTAT (SE16) with your user-ID.
    Also check the Query statistics in Tcode ST03N.
    Cheers.

  • Inserting 320 millions rows...the speed change whilst the query is running

    Hi guys, I got a strange behavior in my data warehouse. When I insert data in a table I start to take note of the speed. So in one minute, at the beginning the speed was 3 millions every minute (it expected 312 millions rows) but now, after five hours the
    speed is 83.000 row per minute and the table has already 234 millions rows. Now, I'm wondering if this behavior is right and how I can improve the performance (if I can whilst the insert is running).
    Many Thanks

    change Database recovery mode to bulklogged(Preferably)/ simple.
    No - that will not solve the problem because INSERT INTO isn't bulk logged (automatically). To force bulk logged operation the target table need to be locked exclusively!
    Greg Robidoux has a great matrix for that!
    http://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/1185/minimally-logging-bulk-load-inserts-into-sql-server/
    @DIEGOCTIN,
    I assume nobody can really give you an answer because it could have so much reasons for it! As Josh has written GROWTH could have been a problem if Instant File Initialization isn't setup. But 320 mil records in one transaction could cause a heavy growth
    of the log file, too. This cannot participate from Instant File Initialization.
    Another good tip came from Olaf, too!
    I would suggest to insert the data with a tablock. In this case the transaction is minimally logged and the operation will not copy rows but pages into the target table. I've written a WIKI about that topic here:
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/20651.sql-server-delete-a-huge-amount-of-data-from-a-table.aspx
    Wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year!
