When to use the Adapters and in which case

Hi Experts,
I am little worried and searched the sdn, but i am not getting the proper answer for my question.
My Question is when to use which adapter and at what stage?
1. File --> when to use it and in which case
2. IDOC
3. RFC
4. SOAP
5. XI
6. HTTP
And also where to use BPM and Proxies, when should we go for them.
Please help me out. I Beg the answer from experts.

Hi,
If an incoming or outgoing message is a file(.txt,.csv etc), we use a file adapter
If the outgoing message is an IDOC, we need an IDOC adapter.same for RFC also.
SOAP for incoming/outgoing webservices
XI while using proxy scenarios
HTTP- while you an HTTP request.
BPM and Proxies is a vast topic.

See if the iPad will accept the password after you restart it. It's worth a try.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
You could also try a reset as well.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Firefox does not open with the tabs I had open when I use the quit and save function. Firefox opens with my home page only. how to fix?

This is not a solution, nor a work-around. The only thing this points out is where the problem lies. Settings are meant to be used in all sessions, barring exceptions and the fact that Firefox asks if you'd rather SAVE and then quit, makes it an exception. The user has elected to skip the clear browsing history step.
However, if the settings are permanently changed as you suggest, then the history will always be remembered for eternity when Firefox is closed. You then have to manually clear your history first at every session before closing.
Older versions of Firefox never behaved in such manner and recognized that the Save and Quit superseded the setting to Clear History.

I use to drive costumers cars, I don't have any devices to pair to my Iphone5.. but today I drive a car and my Iphone ask me if I want to pair the phone to the car, and I chose "Cancel" ..
since that..
every time I want to play a song the phone acts like if it is connected to a car or some other device, every time I try to make a call, I only can use the hands free speaker or the headphones, because if I use the normal speaker to listen with the phone next to my face, the person that I am calling can listen me, but I dont..
so what I think it happens is like.. the phone connects to the car, the car is with the client, so, now, I can't have the the device "on" to my phone recognise it, so I would be able to delete it..
how do I solve this situation.. how can I delete a device that my Iphone is programed to use it, even when bluetooth is off....

When to use the DataGrid (and not the AdvancedDataGrid)

Hi All,
I've got a new project I'm working on and I've just been using the plain ol' DataGrid to display a grid of data. But I understand that with Flex 3 they introduced the "AdvancedDataGrid" which is, erm, more advanced. Hence the name.
Is there any reason why I might want to continue using the DataGrid? Or should I convert my existing DataGrid to an AdvancedDataGrid? I think that it should be a pretty easy conversion, just change a few tag names.

The AdvancedDataGrid has more overhead than the DataGrid. If your application is sensitive to slowdown, you'd want to stick with the DataGrid unless you specifically need the features of the ADG (multi-column sorting, grouping, cell styles, etc.)
The notable exception is, in my experience, using the ADG's styleFunction callback is faster than applying an ItemRenderer to the datagrid. So if you need to style individual cells, the ADG is the way to go even if you don't need the additional functions.

Remove MS Office 2011 completely (here are instructions) and reinstall it.
It's not a simple or fast process but it is important to follow all of the steps in order to get all the files that Office scatters around. This will not affect your data files, only MS Office and its preferences.

You should really read the manual.

They would only be where you put them. What program did you use to import them? Pics/vids taken with ipod are not part of the sync process at all. You should be importing them just as you would with any digital camera.
If you did not import them, then they are not on your computer.

That is becuase Pages 5.1 has numerous unnounced surprises for the unwary user. Among the surprises:
- it strips out images from headers and footers without warning
- it strips out bookmarks without wanring (yes, all those bookamrks you laboriously put into a document: poof! Gone.)
- it strips out alternating left/right margins, without warning.
There are many more suprises, as you'll see from glancing through these discussions. They fall into two main categories: things that are present in version 4.3 but that are missing in 5.1, things like
-mail merge
-meaningful Applescript/Services support
-non-contiguous text selection
-ability to set defaul zoom
-ability to see comments while editing
-ability to print comments
-ability to read RTF files
-ability to drag in hyperlinked ted from a browser
These about about 90 other features are gone.
Then there are the bugs. Hyperlinks do not reliably export to a PDF file any longer. There have been multiple problems with printing report. Some fonts place stray characters in the headers. Many reports of the program crashing, courrupting files, etc.
Fortunately for you, the previous version of Pages is still on your system. Export any documents you may have created or edited with Pages 5.1 (another great surprise: files created with version 5.1 cannot be read by any previous version of Pages: not just 4.3 but even 5.01!). Then trash 5.1 and use 4.3 until (unless?) it is stable and has a reasonably robust feature set.

Which operating system are you using?
Some filters like Filter>Sketch>Stamp need to have two different colors for the Foreground and Background set in the toolbox.
Press the D key to set the default toolbox color swatches to Black and White and then try the Stamp filter.
If your using mac os x 10.9 or 10.10, then some of the filters under Filter>Sketch will crash pse 11
They are Filter>Sketch>Comic, Graphic Novel and Pen and Ink
Otherwise resetting the pse11 editor preferences might resolve the crashing.
Go to Photoshop Elements Editor(Edit)>General, click on Reset Preferences on Next Launch and then restart the pse 11 editor

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
