When trying to click on menus on USAA, it shows "javascript:;" in the bottom left hand corner and the menu won't work in FF 21. But the menus work in IE 10.

whenever I go to USAA.com on firefox, I can't click on any of the drop down menus. Instead, a box in the bottom left corner (where a link address would usually show) pops up with "javascript:;". If I use IE10, the site works perfectly. I prefer Firefox so it drives me a little nuts that I have to switch browsers for one site. I've removed all my cookies, cleared the cache, reset Firefox, and run Firefox in safe mode. The website still refuses to play nice. All the regular links on the site work but the drop down menus won't.

Could you check these two preferences and see whether they make any difference:

(2) In the filter box, type or paste '''touch''' and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Try double-clicking the following to toggle them to false:
dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled = <s>true (default)</s> ''See Note''<br>
dom.w3c_touch_events.expose = true (default)
You might need to restart after changing these settings before they take effect.

YOu will need to contact your cell phone provider to resolve those issue, those are carrier features.

Firefox give me a blank white screen when i open it and when i type in an address in the search bar it just say new tab on the top left hand corner and its cont. to be a blank white page. IDK?

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
It sounds like you are in the Elements Organizer that came with your version of Premiere Elements.
That ? in the top left corner of the thumbnail indicates a file that is no longer in the hard drive save location as it was
when a copy of the file was included in the Elements Organizer.
1. Do you know that the file(s) still exist? Could you have moved, deleted, or renamed file/folder involved? Can you go
to the hard drive save location for the file and actually find it there?

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

Backup and restore your software via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a NEW device. If this solves it, that means there is some corruption in your backup file, or maybe it's one of your apps causing the trouble. It has the Icloud icon in the top right hand corner of the cover and if i click on play it starts to download from Icloud again and it does this each time i wish to play it, the same now happens to all my purcased movies which of course uses additional ISP download allowance. Before the recent update and lay out of Itunes this didn't happen i just purchased a movie and downloaded it then synced it to my ipod and enjoyed it. But now this latest movie purchase will not download to my ipod. I have sent the problem to Itumes and if there is answer i havent received it. Appreciate any advice

IPhone blank email 'mail' screen when I open it with blank top bar and create mail icon in the bottom right hand corner. I open it and it is stuck on this screen and then crashes. I can access my emails on my iPad and laptop. Rest of my phone is fine.

I have tried a soft reset and uninstalling and reinstalling my email accounts. It crashed when I was trying to refresh my emails and a video emIl came through. Any advice please?

Thank you for providing the details of the issue you are experiencing with Mail on your iPhone.
I recommend following these steps for an issue like this (you can skip 4 because it does not relate to the issue you are experiencing and any other steps you may have taken):
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on),reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more about restoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.

After download of firefox 7 i no longer was able to keep google as my homepage with AOL in the upper left hand corner so i could switch to websites and click on AOL logo to get back

i am operating a Mac desktop 10.5.8. hopefully there is something you can suggest as it was very convenient to google a website and after finishing, click on the AOL logo located in the border of my homepage without having to sign back in to my AOL account. thank you.

uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)
... the as suggested reinstalled the latest version of the firefox browser using the link you provided in the email ..; tested and several issues still remain present and unresolved ....
so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. When I "restore down" a web page, it doesn´t go half size anymore, it disappears into a small firefox box in the top left hand corner of the screen?

I use windows 7. I normally "restore down" a web page to half it´s size, so that I can see 2 or 3 at a time.
This morning, I did this and the pages started to disappear into a little box under the orange firefox logo in the top left of the screen.
I´m not aware that I have changed anything myself and as I am not very I.T. savvy, I hoped someone could tell me what to do to revert to how things worked before.
