We are fellow users, we won't know why it's disabled. You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your device by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

This is really annoying, and I hope that someone can help.
If changing your password does not solve it, then contact itunes support.

Some of the apps previously downloaded have now become blank - white box instead of picture. Name of app still appears. Have tried hard reboot and sync to make sure everything is up to date. Anybody ever had this? How can I fix?
One more thing to try. Double click on the home button. Scroll in that bottom line of icons (swipe finger to left) to the app that are all white. Hold your finger on the app until the - sign appears. Tap it to close the app. Hopefully it will then show up correctly. (As they say about chicken soup curing a cold, "can't hurt")

When i tried updating my iphone 4 to the latest IOS version 7.1.1 it was updating until the end of the update where it had an icon which said connect to itunes. When i try connecting to itunes on my laptop it still doesnt program, by the way my itunes has the latest updae. Why is this? How can i fix it?

It sounds like you had been updating the phone and now it is in recovery mode. Take a look at this info first:
If you started your device in recovery mode by mistake, restart it to exit recovery mode. Or you can just wait—after 15 minutes the device will exit recovery mode by itself.

Since i upgraded to Yosemite, when importing photos to iPhoto, they no longer appear in the 'events' summary in library. Why is this and how can i amend?
The events may be incorrectly sorted. Try to sort the events by date, while in "Events" view.
Go to the "View" menu: Sort Photos > By Date > Descending. That should bring the most recent events to the top of the list. -

Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

I just acitvated my iPhone 4 and tried to download an app. I get the message Your Apple ID has been disabled.

I have mobile me account now and so my apple id is switched from my email address to my mobile me address. Since I have made this change I can't update my apps. Everytime I try to sign in it won't recognize the switch. I have updated all the proper information on my iphone, however, when updating apps it still shows my apple id as my email address and not the mobile me account address. I am not sure what else to do??? I have even sync'd my iphone and tried to do it through my pc, however, it says that it can't update (nothing to update). I have ten updates sitting on my iphone apps...What to do...what to do? Very confused.
Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
Before you change your ID you should log out of the iTunes Store and on any devices which are logged into iCloud. Then once you've changed it you can log back in with the new ID. (Your iCloud synced data will disappear from the device when you do this but will reappear when you sign back in - give it time).
If you are unable to sign into http://appleid.apple.com you will need to contact Support. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. my ipod doesn't allow me to do the thiings it used to. It would change the time and date and everytime i'd turn it to the correct date it would go back when i clicked a new app. it wouldn't load apps corectly because of this date and time problem. So i decided to erase everything and start fresh. But now it won't even load properly it just stays on the apple screen with the loading spin thing stuck. someone please guide me into fixing this problem
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. -
I have tried syncing my music from my itunes on my macbook to my iphone 4s and over 30 song won't transfer. It says the files cannot be found. Why is this and can I fix it?
You can try to repair your library. Once you are sure the files are all taken care of, you can sync the phone to remove all of the music and then sync again to add it back. That should take care of the issue.

You pay 1.29 for a song and you should get it. Itunes says the download is corrupted and check with the itunes store for available downloads to redownload my song. Nothing happens and the song I already purchased is not yet available to me.

Select the store on the left side of iTunes.
Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.
You can re-download your available previous purchases.

I am having the exact same issue described in earlier posts - one of my Comtrend adapters just cycles through three red lights. I can't do a factory reset - it just keeps cycling. Is there a fix for this or will I need replacement adapters?
