When trying to instal a download,I'm told 'zero kb available', what do I do?
I try to update Firefox , but when I try to instal,the
message 'zero K B available' what do I do?
Also experiencing other problems with Firefox, like
sudden blackout when watching TV , cursor freezing or
no response when clicking on something.
Is it a bug?

Adobe Captivate does not start when trying to install after download.
Downloaded Adobe Captivate 7 but when trying to install it does not do anything.

The downloaded Captivate files has 2 parts - One with .7z extension and the other with .exe extension.
Please run the .exe file to initiate the installation.
Alternatively can try re-downloading both the files from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-captivate-7-free-trial-direct-download -links.html
Please make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download. -
How do you contact Adobe?
Normandiggity where are you receiving the message that the order is invalid? When you are installing Photoshop? When you attempt to activate the plug-ins?

Internet Explorer crashes when trying to install the download of Firefox
I have a desktop that only has IE as a browser. Have tried, many times, to install Firefox (both 3.6 and 4) And repeatedly get an error and IE crashes. Says the Firefox file is corrupt? Does anyone have any help they can give me on this?

Getting "Error 402" when trying to install "Select" add-on to Illustrator CC 2014. What can I do?
I also tried downloading the ZXP file, but Extension Manager says "Failed to unpack the zxp file. Please make sure the extension is valid. the extension will not be installed."
Any help is appreciated.I got it from the author's (Smorodsky) github account, but it must have been corrupted on download. I re-downloaded (https://github.com/smorodsky/Select/archive/master.zip) and it now says the following upon double clicking to install into extension manager:

To manually install:
rename select.zxp to select.zip
unpack select.zip
place all files to folder /Applications/Adobe Illustrator CC/Presets/en_GB/Scripts/Select
restart Illustrator
This worked to get the extension working for me. However it does not show up in Extension Manager.

I downloaded the 32 bit version of photoshop cc 2014. When trying to install I get the message that installer failed to initialize and that this could be due to a missing file. Has anybody a solution>?
Did you unzip the entire contents of the download zip file onto your hard drive before running the installer? You need to do that.
I have installed it myself and it went in just fine.

Missing File error when trying to install HP 5610xi using Windows 7 64 bit download
I have tried several times to download and install the software and drivers for my old 5610xi on my new computer running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS. I keep getting a "missing file" message when trying to run the download, and it will not install. Can someone please help!?!?
Hi computeir, sorry to hear that you are having issues with getting your printer installed on to your computer. If you are connecting the printer to the computer with a usb cable, please remove it from the printer and the computer and set it aside. Please click the link I have provided for the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows.

When trying to install a digital copy, everything works including the downloading, until it is processing to iTunes then I receive "You do not have enough access privilages for this operation. Check the disk to make sure it is clean and retry." error.
Tryed several times, Same Results. Tryied rebooting, logging out & into iTunes, Same Result. Seems to do this error with every digital copy, but works eventually. But now will not post digital copy to my iTunes at all. Just same error over and over.
Any Thoughts??Oddly enough. I think I just solved it. It looks like, for some reason, my computer has about 8 different "iTunes music" folders, and I've been saving my music to the wrong one. Neat. Music now imports and plays as it should. Copying things over is going to be so fun tonight!

The issue seems to be with Windows 8/computer. Try googling those error codes and see what result you get.

Common on jailbroken iPhones, not so on non-jailbroken iPhones. Thus, if your phone is not jailbroken, restoring from backup will hopefully fix the issue.
