I am running Firefox instead of "I E" thinking it was less prone to freezing.
I have "Bing" as my browser. I try to log into my outlook inbox as I normally do but I get a message on screen saying SOMETHING went wrong please try later, What & by whom?
It was working earlier now after waiting then trying several times I still cant.
When I have downloaded "Firefox" it also installs maintenance how do I do such a task when I can not find out where I should do so.
I went to my Yahoo account to see my newsletter from you, there I am able to install the latest "Firefox"
thinking that by doing so I could enter my outlook mail BUT NO

I called tech support that switched me to customer care and after over half an hour on the phone, they told me to look it up in the forums. If you have any words of wisdom, I would love to hear them now. I guess I have to get through this registering phase to obtain the unlock code. I am surprised at how faulty this step is. You need to update your starter edition 3.0 to a 3.2 edition. Go to www.adobe.com, click on "Downloads" then "updates", continue to look under "Product updates" and scroll down to "Photoshop Elements". Now you need to download the Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2. This update will automatically remove your 3.0 edition, and your photos will be accessible in the 3.2 edition. Now you can register again. Good Luck!

If you have not already created an iCloud account elsewhere you cannot do so on PC, and that is the error message you will get. You can create an iCloud account on a Mac or an iOS device and then you should be able to sign into it in the iCloud Control Panel in Windows.

I have had exactly this problem - Firefox - version 11, but when I updated all my plug-ins (go to Customize Firefox - about halfway down - '''''Check your plugins''''') and restarted Firefox the problem vanished. Hope this helps as this seems to be a fairly large issue.
