When trying to open reader - An internal error occurred

I have just downloaded Acrobat Reader X 10 to my laptop, which is running Windows Vista. When I try to open the program, either through the menus, or by trying to open a pdf document, I ger the message "An internal error occurred". No other information is contained in the error message.
I had a previous version of Acrobat reader that worked fine.
Has anyone else seen this, or have an ideas how to fix it?

Run this Microsoft Fix and then uninstall/reinstall Reader X again: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall

Problem with adobe reader when installing on mac book. "Internal error occured".

Both me and my friend installed Adobe reader on our mac books this week, and it doesn't work. The only thing that happens when we try to open the program is an text message with "Internal error occured". And that's it. The PDF-file is not the problem, and I have the latest version of Mac operating system, so that's not the problem eighter. Mac support told me to contact you. Please help me as soon as possible. Is this coming from a link, or from something you are trying to type in the address bar?
Try replacing the "html" at the start with "http",
so if you have html://somesite.edu,
change it to http://somesite.edu.

Hi, please help! So frustrated!!
I have downloaded bluefire reader to my ipad, and am now trying to open an Adobe reader file (also downloaded to my Ipad). I am getting the message "this item was originally downloaded with a different user account or Adobe ID. To continue, please add that account" Not following! I don't have another user account or Adobe ID, just the one I signed up with.. and my passwords for my Itunes, Email (email is my password for Adobe) and Adobe are all the same... if anyone has had this issue or has some insight, I would be very appreciative! Thank you in advance. ;-)

1. can you please let me know the source of the download Adobe reader file (downloaded to your Ipad) ?
2. As I understand the message it is trying to say that you have downloaded the PDF file from any library and used your credentials there.
3. Bluefire is asking for the same username and password for this file.
I hope you got the idea which username you should use to open this file.
if you have not downloaded this file from a e-book store using your credentials than it is a possibility that you will not be able to open it on the app. You should search for the login credentials for this file.

Cannot offer any thoughts other then i am having the same problem. updated my itunes windows7 32bit ipod touch 4th gen. went into restore mode lost over 700 songs. i dont get any error messages i just cannot get into itunes store. Firewall is allowing access, etc resolution checklists done, and nothing.
Hopefully this issue is fixed up soon...

I am trying to upgrade to IOS5 and i cant get past the backup step of the upgrade - I keep getting An error occured while trying to Back up ipad (-402653138). I have tried removing my current backup and letting the update do the backup but still get same message.
I also get a warning right when I start the upgrade process that says I have purchased apps that have not been transfered and wants to know if I want to continue??? Not sure why I get this warning - I have ran the transfer purchases option several times and it seems to work. However, if I go under store and look at the purchases for my ipad it dosnt show any??? I would assume it should?
I have tried syncing and backing up, rebooting, all latest versions of itunes, etc.
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

I took a leap of faith and finally got the update with no issues. Here's what I did:
First did yet another backup. Next, disabled all anti-virus and anything related (running Norton 360). Next, turned off Home Sharing.
Instead of "Update" I selected "Restore". Followed prompts as though I wanted to restore and update. Selected my latest backup and off it went. First did the wipe, then ios5 update, then restarted and began to sync. Sync took about 2 hours as I have lots of apps, photos and some TV shows I forgot were on there.
In the end, I had the exact same configuration. All apps on their pages as before the update, all folders intact and even all game scores and data from apps. Hurray!
Now just going through the App update process of the many (85) that showed up in App Store icon.

After clicking OK or CANCEL the program does not start

I do not know precisely why you are getting this error. I would suggest doing a full uninstall, and then installing the latest version.
* Get the latest version here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
* Uninstall your current Firefox version.
* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

"Internal Error Occurred" error message when opening from DW

I have tried searching the forums and help for a solution to the error message I am receiving, but have been unable to find a scenario the same as mine. After I have exported my FW project to HTML and CSS and have opened it in Dreamweaver, when I click on the FW icon in DW to edit it, a few problems occur. First, it takes a long time to open (compared to the amount of time it takes for my other CS5 applications to open. Secondly, an error message pops up saying "File could not open. An internal error occured." However, the file eventually does open and I am able to edit it. Any solutions on how to fix the problem?

I just agreed to an update of iTunes on my imac (running OS-X 10.8.4) and now I get an error when trying to open iTunes. The error is: "This version of iTunes has not been correctly localized for this language. Please run the English version." What?
I'm not a tecchie and could really use some step-by-step instructions on how to get my Itunes working again! I've never changed the language on my Mac...have no idea where this language error came from.

OSStatus error -19000 isi displayed when trying to open .wmv file

I am unable to open this .wmv file with any application I have including QT X, QT 7, WMV player4mac, or VLC. The following message is displayed when trying to open with QT: OSStatus error -19000. Can anyone help on how to open this file, and/or what the error msg means. thanks heaps.
