I recently purchased an upgrade to Photoshop CS6. (Dec 9 2014). I have today downloaded the file (Photoshop_13_LS16.7z
This downloaded OK
When I tried to run the file (Winzip) I got the following message
"Installer failed to initialise. Could be due to a missing file. Please download Abobe support adviser."
I tried to do that and it told me Adobe support adviser no longer exists.
Could you please advise a solution.Extract it to a different location inside a dedicated folder and make sure to not destroy the file and folder hierarchy inside the archive. also run the install with sufficient user privielges and security stuff turned off.

But when i am trying to upgrade to ios5 it shows the message "my iphone software is 4.2.1 and is the current version". can anyone helpe me. when opening itunes i got the following message: "Apple Application Support was not found. Apple Application Support is required to run itunes. please uninstall itunes, then install itunes again Error 2 (Windows Error 2)." if i do this will i lose my music library?

I have just clicked on my iTunes desktop icon and got the following message "The file iTunes Library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. Why has this occurred when it working fine? Is it best to update iTunes to 10.2 to attempt to resolve? Initially I got the prompt Quicktime was out of date so I updated that successfully in all programs. I do not want to lose my iTunes library.
Sorted problem updated and reinsatlled and restarted computer.
