I can assume that you're using IE11, and probably with Windows 8.1.
This is a known problem with Internet Explorer 11, which Microsoft has been aware of since October 18 when they released their latest "untested" browser. The pages can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player. So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon.
Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using an different browser. Trouble with that is it has seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.
Firefox (from Mozilla)
Opera (from Opera)
Safari (from Apple)
Chrome (from Google)
ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.

A10-70 giving error message when trying to use flash drive

I have a 32 gb USB flash drive I am trying to use. All I get is an error message: damaged external usb storage
Is it b/c the flash drive is too large or something weird? Don't know what to do.

Reformat your flash drive to FAT32 format. Plug it to the system and check. To reformat your flash drive, follow below steps:
1. Right click on the flash drive icon and select Format
2. Under Format window, select FAT32 under File system and click on Start.
Note: Reformatting your flash drive will erase all your data.

I just downloaded the Flash CS3 free trial from the Adobe
website. I installed everything and it installed fine.
After the install I try to open the program and an error
saying "License for this product has stopped working." Now I did a
search on the Adobe support site and found the page with supposed
fixes for this problem, but none of them work. I am using Windows
Vista Home Premium. When I go to the Administrator Controls panel
and go to Services I don't even see FLEXNet on the list.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times
but the same thing happens every time.

How are you trying to update? and What exactly are you doing before you get this error?
If you downloaded the updater, it could be corrupt, so you should try downloading again.

Yes, the Old Master file has a folder for each year where I find all photos from that specific year. I am attaching a screen shot of the file.
In the meantime i have managed to download all photos (it did not download any video files though in mpg, avi, 3gp, m4v,mp4 and mov format) to a new iphoto library. Unfortunately the photos are quite mixed and often doubled up. I ma considering to purchase iphoto library which checks all duplicates in iphoto. this will save me a lot of time. What do you think?

It depends, but in general, no.
The guidance on minimum system requirements is mostly about what we will and won't fix bugs for. Flash Player probably works on Windows Server 2000, and we're not going to intentionally break it or prevent you from installing it, but we're also not going to fix it if it breaks. In instances where it's going to crash on launch or have some other horrendous out-of-box experience, like attempting to install on a PowerPC Mac, then we'll prevent the installation outright.

Sounds like it is blocked for the website you are at. Check with this:

Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID, restart the iPad and then start all over again?
Go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID. Tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Then go back to Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID. Sign in again. Then go to Settings>FaceTime>On. See if it will stay turned on and it it does, sign in and setup.

I went to the Apple Genius Bar for help. Somehow when I downloaded Mountain Lion one of the mail accounts on the computer changed from an IMAP account to a POP account. The POP account doesn't enable the links in email. It was a quick fix. Just go to prefrences in your mail account and change it to an IMAP account. Hope this works for you as it did for me.

You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications (including Safari) first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.
