When turned on says Accessorize Test and is locked. How can I unlock and use it?
when I turned my 30gb ipod on it says accessorize Test and is locked on this screen. Any suggestions?
Reset the iPod. To do this, first make sure the hold switch is in the Off position, then press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
Somehow the iPod start up in diagnostic mode, but the reset should bring things back to normal.

My guess is the phon ewas hacked to unlock it and now you have updated it has locked it again. You need a sim from the orginal carrier to activate the phone and then if you wan to use it with a different carrier you have the orginal carrier unlock it for you

You contact AT&T and find out if you qualify to have it unlocked. No one else can unlock it.

this is outrageous. I bought a tmobile iphone from the store to use with my att (i didnt want a 2 year contract) and it ends up my sim cant be used. I paid 800 dollars for a phone i cant use? how am i supposed to fix this. please dont ask me to take it to a att store or apple store because i live nowhere near one. Also it even described the iphone 5s being unlocked.
Buying an off-contract phone does not guarantee that it will be an unlocked iPhone. You need to explicitly request it to be an unlocked iPhone when you purchase it.
As KiltedTim suggests, try returning it to the store where you purchased it in exchange for an unlocked iPhone. If that is not possible, you can try contactign T-Mobile to see what their policy for unlocking iPhones is, they may do that for you (but they may charge a fee too). -

I downloaded some apps for my ipho in the apptrackr site, the apps are shown in my itunes library but when i try to sync those apps at first it works and then it says an error occured (0xE8008001). How can I sync them without the error?
If your phone is jailbroken, we can't help you, as already stated.
If you're new to this and you're trying to download apps to put on your phone and it is NOT jailbroken, you can't do that.

1. Phone starts – a. Try again with only sim – A. - works – memory card is problem.
B. – Doesn’t work – sim card is problem.
2. Phone doesn’t start even without sim & memory card- You have done all that can be done by a user in your case. Contact the nearest authorized Nokia Care Centre in your area.
