When using Firefox my number keys do not work on prompts to fill in my number. I'm using Firefox through my Mac. Ideas?

Filling out an application where it prompts me to fill-in my number. Using Firefox through my Mac and a wireless keyboard. The number keys work everywhere else just not in the prompts.

If you receive an "error" 404 message then please do the following:
Check the host file
Locate the hosts file.
Right-click the "hosts" file and select Open. Select textedit for the application to open the hosts file.
Save a backup of the file. Choose File > Save As. Name the file hosts.backup and click OK.
Find 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com and delete this entry.
Save the file and close it.

A number of my keys are not working in WORD including escape, spae bar, enter, tab, shift

I am working in WORD through Citrix and a bunch of my keys will not work. Everything except the numbers and letters will not work. Last night when I was using WORD I got a prompt about sticky keys and filterkeys and something else. I changed a setting and now I have no idea what I did and cannot use my space bar, enter key, delete etc. while in WORD. Pls help.

I updated to Firefox 4.01 today and the middle scroll button on my Lenovo T400 stopped working. I downloaded the updated Ultranav utility and the Ultranav driver for my T400 from here http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-72858.html and then uninstalled the "Thinkpad Ultranav Driver" from Add/Remove programs rebooted and then installed the updated utility and driver (another reboot) and it now works perfectly.
So glad to get this working again.

So I right-click this firefox icon>Properties>Shortcut tab>in Shortcut Key field, add X (the word "None" changes to "ctrl + alt + X")>Apply>Okay>and that closes the dialog window.
Then, to try the new launch short-cut, I press and hold down, in order, ctrl, then alt, then x (holding all three down) . . . and nothing launches.
I thought this would do it! So any further thoughts would be a splendid help ---- many thanx!

Hello, how much did you pay when some parts of the keyboard keys are not working properly due to accidental spilt of tea?

I accidentally spilt a tea on the keyboard of my Macbook Air 11'. I managed to wipe the keyboard and saved my laptop. However, I noticed that the Spacebar, Shift and Command keys are not working as it should be. It's like something's stuck inside that makes these keys hard to press as usual. I refered this problem to Amsys, Berwick St London, as the reservations in Apple Stores are full. Do you have any idea how much is the cost for diagnosis and repair if ever?

Disconnect all power and contact Apple for diagnostics and repair.

Product key will not work with this edition of Windows 7

I received a product key for Windows 7 Professional N whilst I was at University via Dreamspark. I'm building a new computer and when it's come to inputting the product key, it comes up saying Product key will not work with this edition of Windows 7.
The version I installed was Windows 7 Professional using an iso and a USB. I rang the phone activation number and when I got through to a representative, I gave him the product key and he said it is valid and should be working. He transferred me to technical
services but instead I got cut off.
At this point I'm really not sure what the issue is, the key was for Windows 7 Professional N, I installed Windows 7 Professional and customer support confirmed it as a valid key. Am I missing something?

The Enter Key does not work in the location bar; I have to manually select the "Go To" icon since upgrading to Version 10.

I just upgraded to Firefox 10. When I manually enter a URL into the location bar, the "Go To" arrow does not have focus, so the Enter Key will not work. I have to manually select the "Go To" arrow to navigate. Any suggestions?
