If this is happening with one or two specific sites, those site may have been hacked, or they may simply be bad sites.
If it's happening with a larger number of sites, and with sites that are legit (like Google, Yahoo, Facebook, etc), then it's likely that your wireless router has been hacked. See:

I have Windows 7, Internet Explorer 11, the latest version of Flash Player and I have DSL to connect to the interent. However, when I try to look at online ads in Walgreens and Walmart I cannot get past the first page. There is light gray over the ad and the only way I can access is to change to the dial-up mode. Other store ads no problem Flash Player working fine. Tried contacting stores for help their online staff said they would look into, but I received no help, this is been happening for a long time now.
Anyone with any idea how to fix this problem I would appreciate the help.

You're ignoring context. On the old Apple Discussion Groups I never posted replies like that, instead giving people relatively detailed answers. The new Apple Support Communities made things worse by introducing certain inefficiencies. Then came Lion. The flood of messages that came with Lion required a painful choice for any of the people who had been helping here: (1) Give quality responses to a few questions and ignore the rest. Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.

What does "online documentation" mean exactly? Are you using the Notes app to try to create notes in iCloud, for example?
If so, that should still work in iOS 7.1.
If not, please tell us specific symptoms of what is (or is not) happening.

If you are downloading .exe files, those are Windows programs, and will not run on your Mac unless you install Windows on it. (That is possible, if you need one of those apps.)
