6mbps is required for the best experience on HD (you can change to SD in the settings)
If on wifi try ethernet and www.istumbler.net to check interference
Make sure you're using the ISPs DNS

One thing to try/check - in System Preferences, General. Check the box "Close windows..."

HT2729 how can i watch a rented movie purchased through itunes and synced to my iphone 5 without watching it through itunes app?

i have rented a couple of movies for my daughter to watch on the plane, but i cannot view them unless it's through the itunes app on my phone. I cannot use any apps without service and i don't get any service in the air without wi-fi. Is there another way i can watch them or have i missed or skipped a step in syncing the movies to my iphone from itunes???

I'm using Dropbox on my iPhone 4 and tried downloading a long video. It just stopped and has been "stuck" there for over a month.

I tried downloading a rather long video from my iPhone 4 to Dropbox. It started to download, but then stopped. It has been "stuck" for over a month. The video shows up in my Dropbox folder as still downloading, but it is grayed out so I can't even delete it or access it all. My phone shows a notification on the Dropbox app and when I open it, the indicator on my phone shows it's trying to download something but it doesn't complete it.
I've tried turning my phone off and on, but it's still in the "stuck" mode in my Dropbox folder. The video doesn't show up in any of my other Dropbox locations.
Anyone have any ideas?

Delete and re-download the Dropbox app. You will have to sign in again and adjust app settings.

Suddenly my games all went into super slow mode. This is the third time this has happened. Take the iPod Nano to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you. Only they can tell you what is wrong with it after they examine same.

In many cases the problem can be solved by restarting the Apple TV (pull the power for best results) and/or restarting your router. Persistent problems may indicate a network issue such as interference locally or a slow download speed from your service provider. Try the restarts and see if that helps.
