They don't let you downgrade. You have to eat what Apple tells you to and think what they tell you to. If you liked the older software better than tough ****. You know what you should do?? You should throw away that garbage that Apple has sold you that they call a phone and get something by anyone else because no one else regulates what you get to do and say about your phone in such an extreme manner. Not being mean to you friend. Just know that as long as Apple is answering your questions that you will never get a definate answer and at best you will get something that you don't like but have to get used too.

Ok i recently purchased an iphone4 from verizon, so its the CDMA model. And ive been trying to update it to IOS 4.3, Itunes keeps telling me i have the current verison 4.2.8. Which i dont. Its driving me crazy, please someone help!
You do have the most current version of iOS for your phone. There is no iOS 4.3.3 for the CDMA iPhone, iOS 4.2.8 is the most current version. The next update for the CDMA phone will most likely be this fall, when iOS 5.0 is released.

I am trying to update Ios7 for iPhone 4 but there is an unknown error occurred like (-23). My Laptop OS is Windows 08.ios 7 update which can updated and remaining 30minutes are left out. Than after error which can be show as i have mentioned above.

The 3GS is not listed in the supported list for iOS7. Unless Apple comes out with a major bug fix, 6.1.3 will likely be the last update for it.
