When will 3d films and T.V. programmes be available to purchase through iTunes?

Surely it's on the cards? I am debating buying a 3d Bluray player, but I don't buy or rent discs in general - it's all Apple TV these days because it's easy and instant. Surely it's a relatively simple thing for Apple to offer 3d content as well as 2d content? I know TVs can simulate 3d from a standard 2d image, but it's not the same.
Wouldn't it be nice if apple gave us target dates for things like this so we can plan our purchases and upgrades accordingly - from an budget and technology perspective!

Many people are negative about 3D movies at home. I beleave that it can be there hardware quality.
I really like the quality on my Philips Design Line TV.
On the Apple TV watching 3D content on youtube (search #YT3D) works really great.
In the Dutch iTunes store there is an animation movie in 3D.
Named: the pirates band of misfits.
The only one i could find now.
I hope that Apple iTunes will get soon all other 3D movies.
3D will get more popular if there is more to get.
Many people have 3D tv's without using it.
Over 100 3D titles can be put in the iTunes store today.
Apple!! Please give the world more 3D.

Tigon's already got you covered here. But I'll chime in with some English localisation advice.
There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them:

What version of photoshop and operating system are you using?
Photoshop cs6 and photoshop cc should open those files.
You might just need to go to Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6/cc to get an updated camera raw plugin
Camera raw 8.3 or 8.4, depending on your operating system.

While I understand that you can find the leaked My Verizon App and you can find the leaked Skype (which by the way doesn't include the security fixes in the released Skype for Android) with just a little bit of searching, these applications should have been updated and released by now. Both have been out in "Leak" for for over a month now and have proven succesful in large scale testing. I think that it is unfortunate that Verizon has not released them. It really makes me wonder what they are waiting for. Unless the Gingerbread release is closer than we all think it is and they are waiting for that to push out all these application updates, it just doesn't make much sense. At least not to me.

Thanks. But the disc inspector only appears to let me change things like where the title menu button takes you, not detailed user operations. I have pretty much given up on this being anything other than a giant hassle, but if anybody knows whether a script could do this, I would be eternally grateful.

Assuming you are referring to the US, no one knows for sure but probably 4 to 6 weeks after the release of the iPhone 5 for the same price as the 4s.

Connect the iOS device to your computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Sorry, but we're all just fellow users here and have no more of an idea that you do. You can try contacting iTunes Support and asking, but my guess is that the support reps won't know either. It's really up to whoever holds the rights to that show in Australia.
