Now its been months that the NSU has been out. I already posted my problem that the NSU tells me that my software is upto date and there are no updates available for my phone. But im still running firmware version V 3.0546 RM84. I check this website regularly about once a week to see if any update is available but till date nothing has come up.
Can someone tell me when the NSU will have updates for my simfree /generic N70 please ?

I need the LAST line on *#0000#. It says: Nokia N70, plus a code between parentheses (i.e.: (02) or (57.02). If your code is four digits (xx.yy) then it's NOT "Generic", and you might have to wait a little longer. If the code I mean is TWO-digit (0x), there should be an update available, and if you continue to get the message that none is available even if you have a two digit code, you should consider posting your product code (which is to be found under the battery compartment on a sticker (code: #######) and consists of 7 digits. if the first digit is a 0, pleae DO include it when posting.

What version of Elements? To install the most recent update for Camera Raw in Elements (version 7.3 which has support for the T4i) requires Elements 11. Previous versions of Elements can not use Camera Raw 7.3. So, you'll either need to upgrade to 11 or download and use the free DNG Converter to convert the Canon CR2 files to DNG. Go to the Digital Negative page and look for the downloas of the DNG Converter for Mac and Windows.

I'm new to both iMovie ( created 1 movie ) and iMovie 08 ( created 4 movies ) and find it a bit difficult to use a help menu that seems to NOT be updated. The examples seem to be keyed to the old version.

No update for Help in iMovie 7 (iLife '08) is needed. It's on your Mac and ready to use.
The problem is that when two versions of iMovie exist on the same Mac, the wrong Help opens for some people. You see Help for iMovie 6 instead of iMovie 7.
The trick is to assign a new name to the iMovie 6 application, as described in other threads.

Compared to Firefox on other OS's this one just don't cut it for me.. it needs to be more compatable to ubuntu.. and an upgrade for flashplayer and java..This version isnot good at all..

Adobe is the one that makes and provides the Flash player plugin for Linux and they currently only support 11.2 esr with security updates.
Firefox does not come with any Plugins with the exception of the OpenH264 video codec provided by Cisco more recently.
Mozilla does not make any packages or updates for Ubuntu version of Firefox as Ubuntu does that. Also Ubuntu is only one of the huge list of Linux distros out there as Mozilla cannot just make it work best for only one in particular.

In another thread it was mentioned, that Adobe's dng converter recognizes the raw format of the camera. you could try to convert the raw files using this converter: Pentax K3 Raw pictures are not recognized by Aperture 3.5. Importing these photos leads to error message. Any tips?

My Macbook Pro will not install/restart for updates when I use Software Update

So when I go into System Preferences and go to Software Update, I click the Check Now Button. It looks for available updates, and gives me a box that says "Software updates for your computer are ready to be installed. Do you want to install them now?" with options to "Show Details", "Not Now", and "Install and Restart". However, when I hit the install and restart button, after hitting a few confirmations, the app simply logs me out, but doesn't restart the computer. When I restart the computer from the Log In screen, the computer reboots without installing any of the updates. I'm on Snow Leopard, is that why updates aren't installing? Am I going to have to manually download all of the updates, or at least that updates that are compatible with Snow Leopard?

Exact same problem with my 2010 MBP 2.4ghz 4gb ram 10.6.8. iTunes said update was needed, Software Update ran with various updates including a security update, truthfully didn't pay much attention, I always install the Apple updates. After the restart it took 3-4 times longer than normal to get to the login screen, same to get to the desktop but I'm familiar with that occurring on update restarts. Unfortunately it got worse from there. Performed a full shutdown and startup. Same long boot. After the desktop finally loads every mouse button press received a 2 minute beachball. I use menu-meters and both processors are under 10%. Waited a few minutes for disk utilities to launch, repair permissions estimates 3 hours for a typical <10 minute process. Activity monitor shows nothing over 10% CPU most of the time however ReportCrash pops to the top often. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. BTW zero problems until this update.

Had the phone since November and can't send or receive media messages or go on the internet. Basically there doesn't seem to be enough memory, stripped the phone of all apps, pics,and music to free it up but still say's it full. When will there be fix for AirPrint in Yosemite? I cannot use my HP printer. I have uninstalled/resinstalled everything you can think of. I have deleted and added my printer more time than I can count. I have checked for updates. Nothing has worked.

When will there be fix for AirPrint? Since upgrading to Yosemite I cannot print from my MacBook Air which I use mostly. (I can print from the my old 2005 G5 desktop and iPad2 just fine on the same network.) I could print just fine when I had Mavericks. I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun: resetting print system, deleting and adding the printer, checking for updates, uninstalling and reinstalling printer software and folders, turning off modem, router etc. NOTHING works.
The laptop shows that it is printing but nothing happens. Then it says it cannot locate the printer or there is a broken pipe. But it does tell me that I have a low level in one of the ink cartridges (which is true.)
Help! I have warned everyone I know not to upgrade. Is there a way to go back to Mavericks?

I have a Mac mini and I've just let the Software Update run as needed, but I am confused by the number of Apple update downloads listed.
I don't believe I need them, when I just use Software Update?
Seems like a simple question, but I was on Windows for the last 10 years.
