When will Adobe Application Manager does not list Premiere Pro?
Hi,
I'm trying to install Premiere Pro for the Creative Cloud but I can not get past the Application Manager. Is there another way to install it?
What do you mean "cannot get past the Application Manager" ? Do you see the Premiere Pro in AAM or you don't see it even?
What is your OS ? Do you get any error message ?
Please elaborate , nothing is clear......

Just re-installed a fresh copy of CS6 Photoshop on my Yosemite Mac Book Pro and somehow the Adobe Application Manager does not work and therefore cannot verify my copy. What should I do?
I get a message saying that Adobe Application Manager may be damaged and that I should install a new version of AAM. But after downloading a fresh copy of AAM and doing the install, the program (AAM) still will not install. It is like an infinite loop!

I'm sorry but I am not on Creative Cloud. I'm still on CS6 and it was the Adobe Application Manager that wasn't working and I could not install the update to this application. My AAM version is: 8.0.0160
The link you provided was the update that I wanted to install but it does not work. A window shows up during that install that says:
We've encountered the following issues.
Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.
and then the link to the Adobe Support Advisor which leads to a "Adobe Support Advisor has been discontinued" page.

The Application Manager does not list Light Room as a program to download?
The Application Manager does not list Light Room 5 as a program to download? I have downloaded Lightroom Version 4 in the past.
Application Manager Version 7.0.0.324I had the same issue yesterday on OSX Lion.
I manually downloaded another copy of AAM and LR5 appeared.

Adobe Application Manager does not work
I am afraid this is not the appropriate forum, but it is the closest I could find, sorry about that.
I experience a problem where I can't update my Adobe products, the application manager gives two different erros.
I've come across the issue when I tried to update Photoshop CS 6 Extended 13.0 x64 and Premiere Pro CS6 6.0.0
Since the problem seems to be related to the Application Manager, and not Ps and Pr themselves, I posted the problem here.
When I try to update either of the programs from within ( help > updates... )
I get this error, and in the preferences only the Extension Manager is visible.
When I download the updates from here
Adobe - Photoshop : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop 13.0.6 update for CS6
Adobe - Premiere Pro : For Macintosh : Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 6.0.5 Update
And try to install them following the instructions I get this error:

I wondered if maybe this wasn't the most recent version of the application manager,
but on the downloads page http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates.html
I could not find updates for this product.
I have not yet tried to update After Effects (it did not occur to me that they weren't up to date until I stared experiencing a bug in Photoshop) and I don't really use the other programs in my collection.
If it is useful to try and update the others as well to understand the problem, I'll try to do that.Anhoilan the most recent log file seems to be from 2014. I thought you had removed and reinstalled the software after the running the CC Cleaner tool? Is this not the case?
I would recommend beginning the process again. You can find directions on how to run the uninstallers and use the CC Cleaner Tool at Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6. Please make sure to run the uninstallers prior to running the CC Cleaner Tool.
I would also recommend removing the contents of /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers/ prior to reinstalling CS6.
Looking again at the installation log folder it looks like you evaluated InDesign CC. This would upgrade the Adobe Application component. Complete removal of all Adobe Creative software titles and reinstallation will ensure you have the correct shared components installed for that application. -
Application Manager is not offering Premiere Pro.
I downloaded the Application Manager so I could trial Premiere Pro. The manager downloaded just fine but Premiere Pro is not offered on the list. Every other Adobe products is there to install or Try BUT Premiere. Is there another way to download Premiere?
Do you see After Effects listed? If Premire Pro is not listed it is typically due to the Adobe Application Manager detecting that the computer does not meet the minimum system requirements. Do you meet or exceed all of the system requirements listed at http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/tech-specs.html.

Application manager does not show Acrobat Pro in the list of apps
So I cannot use the application, because of a defect in the list of applications.
The serial number applies to Acrobat Pro, but it doesnt show up in the list of aplications in the application manager.Veldenb are you a Creative Cloud Member or do you have a subscription to Acrobat? If so please see CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html for information on how to have Acrobat become available.

i think the code is U44M1P7.
if this is what happens i think i know what to do, that is if you already have PSCS6 (permanent license) version on you risk before you joined cc.

My Adobe application manager doesn't list the 2014 versions of the core programs. I need them to grade the work of my students, as my school runs these versions and I can't open the work on my computer.

I got it while waiting for the answer. The "Application Manager" is not how these get installed (how would I know that). I installed the "Adobe Creative Cloud" application and got the new versions.
It's was confusing because the Application manager installed on Nov 4. Very recently right! (but just prior to updating my operating system to Yosemite, OK Duh). And of course Yosemite has changed the look and functionality of everything, including this, so anything I was doing that should be intuitive was less so. -
Hi. I just wanted to update my 3 apps PS, Brigde and Indesign. After doing that I wasn't abble to open Brigde??? PS and Indesign works fine. Further more the Application Manager does not seem to register the updates I have made on Indesign and PS. Everytime I open the computer MacIBook 4.1, OS 10.6.7) it looks like I haven't updated software? Please help! Kurt

Adobe Application Manager CC not working after last update
Last night I avrived home and sat down to work on my website and other side projects after a long day at work. I opened my application manager and it notified me that it had an update. So naturally I agreed and was excited to see the new upgrade. Sadly after a couple hours of trying to figure things out on to why I wasn't able to access my Adobe Muse and Adobe Application manager after the update I had to give up. I was online with tech support about the issue and was given a link to download the application manager yet again (this would have been my 3rd attempt to do so, and the link that was given to me was outdated). After finding out that this was going to take longer than I had hoped asked if the teck support could help me resolve the Muse issue. I was told that I'd be transfered to the Muse support and never was after an hour or so.
I'm now still stuck not being able to use muse (after a couple re-installs) and not able to use my application manager.
Currently when I lunch my application manager my backgound decktop goes black and the application manager pops up and is white with no options to choose and shows nothing. When I try to use Muse it askes me to log in, and then gives me an error message asking me to please try again later....
Can anyone help, has anyone had this issue before??

Rename the OOBE Folder to OOBE.old from this location and relaunch Creative Cloud.

Adobe Extension Manager does not recognize me as a Creative Cloud Member.
I'm unable to activate several new extensions, particularly 2 of the paper textures. Adobe Extension Manager says I have to be a Creative Cloud member. I am. And I"m logged in.

Did you acquire your extensions from Adobe Exchange? If yes, when the extension is to be installed, Extension Manager will check if the current user has purchased this extension( for paid extensions ). Then Adobe Application Manager might pop up to let the user input his accout --- adobe id, which is what you got.

Adding to what Jeff & Sheena shared, have you got any other product installed on this machine? Is that working fine ? Can you please navigate to the below mentioned location and advice if that worked for you or not.

I'm trying to update my CC Illustrator, as there is an issue that has apparently been resolved with a new update.
Whenever I try to update Illustrator, or even download a new application, I get an error window "Download Error. Try again or contact customer support."
I have tried to download both directly from Adobe Application Manager and from the Creative Cloud website itself. I have restarted my computer. This has been happening for 2 days now. Just can't seem to connect with Adobe Application Manager.
At one point I got a window message that said to check the Adobe Site Status, and all looked green and fine there.
And this forum appears to be the only "customer support" ???! I don't see any chat help or phone help. Is that true?
I can go back to CS4 Illustrator to get the feature that I need (zoom in/out using magic mouse+Option, which is my favorite and essential Illustrator shortcut) but obviously will need to update and download more CC features and programs in the near future.

Adobe application manager won't recognize Acrobat Pro XI for Mac
I purchased and downloaded Acrobat Pro XI for Mac. The installation is successful, but when I attempt to open it the Adobe Application Manager interrupts and says "Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer." It then says to "To use this serial number, you must own one of these qualifying products. Please choose the one you own an interest serial number." Except Adobe Acrobat Pro XI is not listed. I confirmed I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (Mac,English) and the serial number I have is correct. Please advise.
This error message comes when you try to activate the upgrade version which requires the previous version to activate.
Please follow the steps to activate the upgrade version product.
1. Install the porduct and enter the upgrade version serial number
2. When it asks for the previous version serial number, enter the older version serial number
3. You would be able to activate
