When will ATT apply the new 4.5 OS to the BB8300 Curve?

I have the BB 8300 Curve, and every other service provider seems to have applied the new 4.5 OS to their phones.
What is the problem here?

You can install other carriers release of OS 4.5. After installing it to your PC delete the vendor.xmll file before launching Application Loader.

How can I get new tabs to automatically open when I click on a new site (rather than replace the existing page I am using)?

For some reason when i click on to a new site or link, tabs no longer automatically open so if i forget to manually click on the little plus sign at the end of the tab strip, my new destination replaces where i currently was. This was not the case in the past and I cannot find where to reset this so that a new tab will once again auto create. !
I tried options/tabs: open new windows in a new tab instead, but this did not fix the issue. Can anyone tell me what i need to do get firefox to create auto creat a new tab when i move to a new link rather than replace the one currently in use? Thank you!

The new method for getting at the "option" symbols works fine in other places like spotlight, but now even the older "option+letter" doesn't work in most places.

Chrome doesn't support the new accent/diacritics/macron chooser. I'm not sure about other browsers such as Firefox. You can use the old Option+letter combination that Doug suggested. Hopefully updates will solve these little incompatibilities shortly.

That's normal behavior as the old one will remain in the memory cache for a while until it's eventually overwritten. If it's particularly bothersome to you, you can restore your phone as NEW and this will empty the cache.

It's the same in Dreamweaver's Live view. It shows the new color on Desktop view and not in the cell phone or tablet view. Also, I changed the font itself in one of the DIVs and it shows up in the new font on the desktop view and website viewed thru the computer, but, not on the tablet or cell phone. Can someone please explain. I want to be able to change the fonts and colors for viewing in the tablet and cell phone, also. The fonts were all standard fonts. Here for each mvt type there functionalities provided in the tree structre like Allowed transaction, field selection, account grping, reversal mvt types etc...So if in case you want the same movement of material but few above things different then at that time you create your own new mvt type via copying the old one...

Drives me crazy this iSlug 4s aka iPhone 4super slow...
Before iOS 8 it was faster in everything I do, now it even gives me a 3-5second black screen before an app opens......
Come time and money I will switch to Samsung Galaxy S5....

I tried about most of the trouble shooting tips on the internet, I even did a clean install with ALL the apps,
Update the iOS and even the still black or blue screen for 2-4 seconds between a app opening , all the apps are closed down like nothing runs in the background....
I even cut most of my images to the Macbook and on DropBox or GoogleDrive...
When I tried to chat online to Apple Care, after I inserted the serial number, it gave me a message that the device has been replaced, please contact Apple care.....
It is like running in circles to get an answer....
Speaking to an Apple guru on the phone is like " Oh just make an appointment and leave it here for repairs...."
This is the only phone I run my business from...

On the online tutorials I've seen it shows that when you create a new iTunes library it should open as a blank account, but that isn't happening.
What am I doing wrong?

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If you have failed to bakup, then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases
