WHEN WILL BE COMPATIBLE iWEB'08 WITH EXPLORER 6+7

Hi,
I'm very satisfied with iWeb, is simly, nice and user friendly, I made pages of our school with namy informations and links to WEB GALLERY,
BUT I HAVE BIG PROBLEM - In my country is 90% people on Explorer.
When will be iWeb '08 compatible with this browser?

Yes, sorry. I did realize I didn't specify exactly what I shoot.
I do a lot of car-related things. Car photoshoots, races, etc. I'd like to delve into portraits and such more upcoming too.
The races are easy to do, so long as you have a fast camera and a good lens. Even going from my old Nikon D60 to the faster Canon 60D proved very helpful. I am also pretty good at the focus pan where you move with said object to blur the background.
My real issue with the crop sensor cameras thus far have been the noise levels. I do a lot of shooting in low-light. But I figure a couple proper lenses a good tripod, and some time experimenting could help that.
I do like the idea of the T5i as it's so cheap. At only $600 on the body, that would give me plenty of wiggle room to fund proper lenses. And I suppose that if I went that route, I could always just end up picking up a 7DII as my go-to when released, since the T5i will obviously have it's limitations.
But at the same time, going right for the 70D would also be a solid choice as to it's benefits, larger sizing, etc.
Although I'd love a 6D, it's probably better that I stay away from FF for now until I get steady pay from shoots. I know me, and I'd take myself broke buying proper lenses.
The 60D seems like it's still a good choice, but kinda going backwards from the others. And the 7D, same thing. Although still a great camera, it seems to (at least for me) have the negatives outweigh the positives at it's price point.
So it seems like it's been narrowed down to the T5i and the 70D.

When Will Apple Update iWeb?

Im wondering and asking when will Apple find the time to update Iweb?
They have the potential to have the best software for those that want to make lovely sites.
It would need to be of the Iphoto standard or even slightly more advanced with better updated templates.
Now that we have updated OS and now our retina devices we need that standrd to create.
Please Apple fill our needs!

When will Captivate 6 users with upgrade purchased be sent Captivate V7 for installation?

We purchased Captivate 6 in January 2013 with the 2 year maintenance/upgrade plan so that any new releases within 2 years would be included. Since V7 has been released within the 2 year period, when will Adobe contact us for our upgrade to 7?
I was told to be patient and that Adobe would email the customers with information (typically within 2-4 weeks from the release). However, it has been more than 2-4 weeks.
Has anyone upgraded with a maintenance plan yet?

When will Image Capture work with my Nikon D90?

I'm just interesting in seeing some concrete info on when Image Capture will work with my Nikon D90 camera. Lightroom 3 is having problems, but that's probably because the image capture firmware is not working in OSX Lion yet.

Image Capture in LIon is version 6.1 which is an update from the 6.0 in Snow Leopard. Contact the vendors and see when they will have updates compatible to Lion.

When will Lightroom be updated with camera raw 8.7?

Can anyone tell me when LR will be updated with camera raw 8.7, containing support for the new Nikon D750 camera?

Until you convert to DNG you wont be able to import the 750 NEFs into Lightroom.
As I am a Windows user I'm not sure what you mean about Command R but to use the DNG convertor you need to download from the link and install it.
Then you start up the convertor as a separate application and you will see the following panel:
Then choose the Images to Convert
Select a location to save the converted images (defaults to the same location as the input images)
Rename the images if you so wish (Default is just to creat a file of the same name with DNG extension)
Then Convert and after the conversion you will be able to import the DNG files into Lightroom 5.6
Then it doesn't matter if you have Camera RAW 8.7 in CS6 as they will open directly from LR to CS6 as you would normally do.
I guess it is a little inconvenient because you have an additional step to convert the NEF to DNG but it at least get you there in the meantime while you are waiting for the final LR product.

When will updatemanager support system with zones

Anyone aware when SUN updatemanager will support patching sol 10 systems with multiple zones ?

Its my understanding that the first official release should support zones as well.
Note that it seems that you can use the update manager together with the regular tools, they only suggest that you shouldn't use them at the same time. In other words; in theory you should be able to use your current tools for supporting the zones, and the update manager to do the rest.
Personally I wouldn't take the risk and wait for the official release.

As far as I know they ALL come with Lion installed now. Order it from the Apple Store and it will ship with it installed. I just bought one from my local Apple Store because I DID NOT want Lion installed but I wanted a new machine so I had to buy quickly before they were all gone. They said their next shipments will come preinstalled. I don't mind the option of upgrading to Lion but if my apps don't work, or I just hate the way they changed the OS, I would be stuck on Lion if that is what it shipped with (you typically can't install an older OS than what shipped on your machine). I've been very happy with Snow Leopard, best OS yet.
BTW, I did get a free download of Lion but haven't installed it yet.

PRS-T1: When will it have a file explorer?

The PRS-T1 can store 32GB of e-books, yet it has no way of navigating a file directory structure that might contain the corresponding gazillion files and subdirectories. Instead, I’m supposed to unsort my files and (I believe) manually enter them using Sony’s software. This is really quite appalling.
While the collections/metadata modality with its ever-so-cute cover photos does make for an attractive home screen--I’m sure many shoppers have admired it while heading for the Kindles and Nooks--it’s quite unworkable and undesirable for larger collections. And also for smaller collections, depending upon one’s preferences.
Can I expect a file explore app from Sony that I can install into my new PRS-T1 so that I can keep my ebooks my way, or must I really waste more of my scant free time trying to “root” this gadget and turn it from an ereader, to a palmtop computer, to a better ereader?

I totally agree. The current way of displaying content used pdf and mp3 meta data which on many files is garbage. I have had to waste a lot of time editing this information to get even a barely acceptable way of display the ebook and mp3 content of the reader.
A standard tree file directory display is essential for larger collections of material from many different sources. This should be an optional display format.
Surely this cannot be to difficult to implement in a future firmware upgrade.

When will N95 8G work with Car Kit CK 20W?

My car has a CK 20W BLUETOOTH KIT but if I connect my N95 8G the volume on a call in inaudible and music will not work at all. Am told that they are not compatable but will be made so by Nokia soon - is this correct? Should I wait or rip out brand new CK 20W and get something compatable that plays music e.g. a Parrot sysytem

When will Verizon get competitive with Comcast

I live in the central Virginia area. I have friends with Comcast that now get Picture-in-Picture (PiP) with their DVR. They don't have to do anything special except push the PiP button on the remote. No special wiring, no splitting the cable, etc. When is Verizon going to offer the same service???????

KenAF is always saying that the Motorolla hardware won't support this, that or the other (16:9 guide, external hard drives, PIP, etc...) due to a lack of adequate memory. His argument usually is essentially that no one else is doing it with this equipment so FiOS can't either. I don't believe that for a minute. Software solves a lot of problems and there are always smarter ways to get it done.
The hardware seems fine to me. With the right development effort, I'm sure that Verizon could make PIP work.

When will Apple come up with passcodes on certain apps?

It really gets on my nerves that you cannot lock certain features like Messeges and Photos without jailbreaking. I could do this on my Motarola like 2007.
When someone grabs my phone I want to be comfortible with that knowing he cannot access anything personal.
What do you guys think about this, am I being a little girl here?

No one here knows anything about what Apple might do in future versions of iOS. As of right now, except for those apps that can be turned off in the Restrictions, apps cannot be passcoded other than third-party apps whose developer has included such a feature, as is possible with some photo apps, for instance. The only other option is, as killhippie said, the screenlock passcode. You can comment to Apple on the matter, if you wish:

It may be a wise policy to just not keep potentially embarassing content on your iPhone or any other highly mobile device.
