When will CC Photoshop subscription be available in Croatia?

I would like to become a CC subscriber but it's not availabel in Croatia at this time. Please advise and give some information when you plan to include Croatia in CC subscription packages since all dealers have much higher prices for same products here.

Adobe does not post future product plans in open forums, so nobody who posts here is going to know the answer to your question

    Probaly never.  It isn't available on any other tablet OSs. 
    You need to install 3rd party apps such as Bluefire, Aldiko, Overdrive or similar to read eBooks. (sometimes they have something pre-installed).
    Unfortuately some of these apps are not yet available for Microsoft Surface; 
    I guess they will be made available when/if Windows RT becomes a mainstream tablet OS.

    The Mac App Store policy is not now nor has it ever been "free upgrades for life."
    The Mac apps store policy is that dot point updates are free. Major upgrade releases are paid if the developer so chooses. So if you bought Amazing App 2.0 then all updates, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc., are free. But when amazing App 3.0 comes out, it is a paid app, if the developer wishes to charge for it.

    Very true. I've written hundreds of posts on it on other forums and do it myself routinely. On these forums, however, we must add the disclaimer. Run any OS you like but know you may not get support from your carrier and may have to reinstall an old OS in order to get support.
