Why can't I buy a movie that I pre-ordered, with the iTunes card already redeemed?

See, I bought an iTunes card the other day and redeemed it that same day. After doing so, I pre-ordered a movie that was expected to be released on the 18th of March(today). So I tried to purchase the movie I pre-ordered with the credit I redeemed from the iTunes card, but it is asking for my billing information. So I clicked on the link where it says "To redeem code, click here", and it asked me to enter a code. My concern is why can't I buy that movie I pre-ordered with I the money I have in my iTunes account?

You didn't purchase the movie, you pre-ordered it. So the code works to put in the pre-order for the movie. So it's on hold, so to speak. Then when the movie comes out (and only then) are you actually billed, so you have to enter the code again in case you or someone else who has access to your computer used some -- perhaps too much of the credit in the meantime.
If I use a regular credit card and pre-order something, oftentimes there is some kind of perk or extra included along with it for me in return for pre-ordering. Like an extra feature for example. I don't actually get billed until I actually get the movie and so it's kinda like that.
Did you lose the code?

It sounds like you are unable to download a book that you pre ordered. This info should help you get that downloaded from the folllowing article:
Download a pre-ordered item
When a pre-ordered item becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know that you can download your pre-order.
If you enabled the option to automatically download prepurchased content in iTunes, then your pre-ordered content may already be in your library. If not, click the download link provided in your email notification, and your pre-ordered content will begin to download. You can also use the Check for Available Downloads feature in iTunes on your computer (choose Store > Check for Available Downloads) to begin downloading your pre-order.

When will I get Infinity???? - Decode the riddle

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone here could give some insight as to when I can expect to get faster BB. At present I'm on a measly 1.5Mb connection.. rubbish. So I looking at when I can expect to upgrade to infinity, however I've uncovered a little riddle which for the life of me I can't work out. Basically here's everything I have:
BT Openreach website shows that my exchange (WOLVERTON) has been upgraded, SamKnows confirms the date this was done was 31st March 2011.
The when I check with the infinity roll-out map it says my exchange will be enabled on 30th June, however when typing my telephone number in it's saying Infinity is not due to be rolled out within the next 6 months.
Next check was on the BT Wholesale ADSL checker, which is saying that my estimated date is 30th September.
Massively confused right now and desperate for a faster connection... I'm hosting my own website which has photo's and it takes an age for them to load externally... That and really want BBC Iplayer to not stutter and buffer all the time
Can anyone give an indication what any of the above might mean, and any incling as to when I should get it???

When can I download an album that I pre-ordered?

I pre-ordered Weird Al's new album "Mandatory Fun" about two weeks ago, I was wondering when I can pre-order it. It's going to be released tomorrow. I'm living on the West Coast, so will it be available tonight at midnight at West Coast or East Coast time?

Have you updated iTunes to version 11.05? It just came out yesterday or so and reportedly fixes some problems with purchased items.
Oh, and if you're really running 10.8.3, as your profile says, you should update to 10.8.4.

I find it very time consuming to colour grade. Where is the pipet to set white?

FCP X does allow you to analyze the footage on ingest for auto color balance and use that as a starting point.
If you want more powerful grading you might want to look at Davinci Resolve Lite which is free.
As to when you will get the next update and what it might contain, speculation about that is not allowed on these boards according to the TOU. In any case, those who know can't speak.

Does anybody know what to do when you rent a movie from itunes and it soes not seem to download properly? I get a message when I try and play the movie that I have rented the movie but it has not been downloaded. Then it says I need to go to my Downloads?

That would be great if someome had thanswer to this question on downloaded movie rentals and why the downloads don't seem to come through even though they charge your credit card. Any advice would be appreciated.

Generally all you need do is give tracks from the same album a common Album Artist. See Grouping tracks into albums. The images need an update but the basic info. still holds.

Lightroom supports this camera's RAW photos. Use Lightroom 5.7.1

If you can hide the status bar, it would be an option inside the app. I have one or two apps where that is an option but in most apps it is not.

I'm not sure I follow your words Fuzzynormal. You've helped by offering the insight that my issue in Logic Pro 9 is not a bug but a feature. But fell short of enlightenment by being a judge of character and of how one should interact in this forum. You insinuate that I haven't tried to solve the issue on my own when in fact I have. These forums are always my last resort. You further suggest that I am complaining. This is not a complaint. It is a genuine issue that I cannot figure out. Then you think that Brazeca is holding my hand and being a nice guy. Brazeca is helping people like me who might not be as adept at using Logic Pro as probably you are.This community forum was established to raise questions, answers and dicussion to help Apple's customers better undertand their operating systems and related issues. You are doing a disservice by not contributing positively and by trying to make this forum what you want it to be. You may have all the time in the world to try figuring out stuff but we are not all like you. We all have different schedules and different levels of understanding. And that is what this forum is for - to help people move forward. If you can't contribute positively then keep silent. And by the way, you say to "read the words that are printed down to explain to you how that works" what words are you talking about? Why don't you be of some help instead of trying to own this forum.
