When will I get my security deposit back, $125 to start service?

I would like to get my security deposit back of $125.00 that I had to pay when I started service. It is my understanding that after 350 days of uninterupted service, you get your deposit back by check, including interest. I was also advised that I could contact Customer Service and request for a hardship return of my deposit, my account is in good standing and I have not had any interuptions in service.

It is a year not 350 days. You also needed to have made your payments on time for 12 consecutive months.

I can't get my security deposit back.

I'ive called *611 for verizon help and they said I have a zero balance . Went into the store I purchased my phone twice and contract from, with a 900 dollar deposit (500 for 1 line and 400 for another), and they said call 611 and wait for 6weeks. i still have my receipts but neither of them cared. I paid my bill FULL for 13 months consecutively ALL before the due date. Should I call the FCC or get a lawyer than trying again? I am tired of going back to the store or calling 611.

First of all I've never heard of a $500 deposit. Last I know of security deposits are either $0, $125 or $400 depending on your credit. I found this in an older thread. This is from a VZW rep
In order to be eligible to receive a security deposit refund in full, the account must meet several criteria:
• 350 days of active service (the 350 days begins from the point of activation, not from the time the security deposit is applied to the account).
• No suspensions due to non-payment.
• 12 consecutive months of timely, uninterrupted service.
• No payments returned from bank
Account balance current (no more than 30 days past due).
• No related account delinquent or written off requiring payment

That is up to AT&T as they took the deposit to cover their uncertainty towards your credit. Upon making the contract and giving the deposit, that should of been laid out to you. Details differ per person based on what their credit was and how much they had to put down.

When Will I get my Ipod Touch back??

Hoping that somebody who has had their ipod fixed by apple could answer this.
I sent my Ipod in the box they gave me on Wednesday last week and arrived on Thursday at Apple according to UPS. It is now monday and when I check the status of the repair, it says they haven't received it yet. How long does it normally take to get your ipod back repaired, or for them to send you a new one?

My friend sent it in around thanksgiving, and got it back just in time for Christmas. So it might take a while before you get your iPod back unfortunatly. Hope this helps!

I am growing impatient not being able to use cross dissolve or titles.
Its going to be a pain having to back out to OS 10.5. This is beginning to be like Windows Vista.

You don't say what "..Snow Leopard Compatibility issue.." you're having.
My titles and Dissolves - and everything else - work perfectly with iMovie HD 6 and with iMovie '09 in Snow Leopard.
Perhaps you need to revert to QuickTime 7 ..just in case you over-wrote QT 7 with Snow Leopard's own QuickTime X when you upgraded to SL.
QT7 and QT X both sit happily alongside each other in Snow Leopard ..you might want to give that a try.
But I have no problem with any aspect of iMHD6 nor iM09 (..and no trouble with "stills"..) using Snow Leopard on a "late '08" MacBook Pro.
I haven't yet installed SL (Family Pack) on my Mac Mini ..I'll let SL throw away my QT7 on that, and will see if that causes any problems with iMovie. If it does, I'll then download and re-install QT7 and see if that fixes any problems. But don't hold your breath ..I may report back tomorrow, but today I'm pretty busy! I'll do my best, though..

I have done with my cerifiction SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.0(C_TAW12_70)
on 25th feb 2011 and sucessfully completed with 88% of marks .But they are not provided any certficaton till now.do you have any idea when will I get the certificaton?

I cleared my certification in BI on 4th Dec 2010 and received the certificate on 25th Feb, idealy it takes this much time and they will not give any other mail or nething which states that u have cleared the exam.
