So i pre ordered advanced warfare atlas pro edition with standard shipping when will it arrive on release day. Last time i pre ordered from bestbuy it was black ops 2 i got it on release date in the morning it got shipped quick. I live pretty close to the bestbuy warehouse in langley i live in surrey bc. Also when will the game get shipped out from the warehouse and when will the game arrive in the warehouse thanks cant wait to play aw

As you experienced with your Black Ops 2 pre-order, we do our absolute best to get newly released games to your door, ideally right on the day they release! While this isn’t something we can absolutely guarantee due to many logistical factors, it does tend to work out for a lot of our customers, just as you’ve described.
I can’t speak to the specifics on exactly when your copy would be shipped to a nearby warehouse, but it’s usually prior to the release date so we can get your copy on its way to your home. If you live close to one of our warehouses, your chances of receiving your copy on the release date are that much better!

    Hello,
    I'm looking to preorder the Xbox One version of the CoD Advanced Warfare Atlas Pro Edition and play it the day it comes out. However, the only way I could do that is if I pay the extra 22 dolars to express ship it and even then I could get it the next day. If I choose standard there's no guarantee I'll get it the day of release, but a time frame of 7 days after release. I thought I could avoid it by going in store and preordering it there but when I was rung up the employee said that its not in their system to preorder and pick up in store.
    Will there be any way for me to get the option to play it on release day with other people without paying the extra 22 dollars and will it be in a timely manner before all the pro editions are sold out? Other video game stores offer a guarantee of preorder date delivery but why does best buy not offer this? You have offered in store pickup for upgraded edtions for multiple games in the past, but why not this particular one?

    Due to the limited nature of these editions -- and since they're online-only items -- it's highly unlikely that our U.S. retail stores will have additional copies available for purchase on release day. Never say never though! The best advice I can give would be to check with your preferred store at one of our Day Zero/midnight opening events.

    The Atlas Pro edition for PS4 has been "Sold Out Online" for some time now. Will Best Buy be restocking this for those that did not preorder the game? If so, do you have an ETA?

  • When will I receive Success Kit from Oracle

    I cleared Oracle 10g Amin II exam exactly a month ago;Submitted the Hands on Course Form available at Pearson-Vue online.My exam results have been updated in Cert-view which certifies me as OCP 10g Administrator.
    But I have run out of my patience and time ..
    When will i receive my OCP Success Kit ?? Reason behind this is my company is asking me about the lastest(Updated/Upgraded) certification from Oracle which I have completed but the logo as well as Kit is still not with me as of now.
    @Brandye Barrington : Can you please help me in this.
    I have raised SR # 22787267.
    I request Oracle to provide solutions to people like us who have cleared their exam papers but not yet reced success kit, but are constantly asked in office about their actual certification which they hold.

    While we have no idea within this Community Forum how long you would have to wait for your iPhone 6 Case, I can tell you that there would not be a "general" answer of value.  Like any product that is available in different materials and colors, the inventory varies based on what you have specifically ordered.  For example, I visited an Apple Store on the day after the iPhone 6 became available and was interested in the "Midnight Blue" Leather"  Apple iPhone 6 Case.  The store had plenty of all the other colors, but that specific case and color had sold out that morning.

        That's an excellent question Xc60090! When you order, the ship by date will be highlighted in yellow. With the high demand for these phones, it can be shipped after the 19th. Therefore, it's best to order as soon as you can, (for earliest shipping).

    Honestly, I wouldn't even worry about Thunderbolt at this point. Yes, it has amazing potential, but there's hardly any devices that use it. Even USB 3.0 isn't really taking off. Let the people who just purchased the hardware for it be the guinea pigs. A lot may depend if the Windows market invests in the tech. It's going to be much more difficult to sell an external HD that only connects to macs.
    For now, USB 2.0 works fine (Firewire if doing video editing) and even my internal Blu-ray burner works using a SATA cable. The transfer rate for both is quite acceptible for me.
    I DO wonder if a plug-in card would be possible. I'm not tech savy, so not sure if the PCI Express slots supports that speed.

    Order Acknowledgement show "Ships by October 14th", but now 9 pm here, that means i didn't get it on 14th Oct.... but the status is still "preparing for shipment", so "Ship by October 14th" is the meaning for "start preparing SHIPing by 14th Oct (but not going to finish preparing or ship on 14th?)"

    It would be nice if Indesign could open PDF files.
    When will this happen (without a plugin)?
    Today I need to open the files in Illustrator. The customer prefers to use Indesign, so even though Indesign can export pdf documents I will have to tell the customer and the program can not open pdf files. This I find really weird.
    Hopefully opening and editing pdf files in Indesign will happen real soon.

    Paal, I'm sorry for that little out-lash. There is nothing wrong with inquiring the feasability of a new feature. The problem is that PDF has been an "output intended format" from the very beginning.
    An Illustrator file (from a fairly modern version) also is a PDF file, for all intents and purposes. You can rename an .AI file to .PDF and use it anywhere, with any software that supports PDF (so that's excepting Apple's Preview, probably ;-) ). Moreover, you can still open and edit this PDF with Illustrator and get all of your objects, symbols, layers, paragraph styles, and guides back!
    That's because in fact this file *contains* all this extra information in a data block marked "For Private Use Only". Other software, if adhering to Adobe's PDF specs, will simply ignore this (and thus my little jab at Apple's Preview). Does that mean you can edit such a PDF with *any* software? No -- the Illustrator data is "proprietary", and the details are not published to use by other software developers. Similarly, one could envisage InDesign to do the same. Yes, it would lead to *huge* files -- but hey, you would be able to open THAT file into InDesign and edit it. But not with any other software!
    The meta-problem is that an extremely large amount of this private data would be *extremely* dependant on the software that was used to create it with. What would an Illustrator file do with InDesign's GREP styles? What would InDesign do with Illlustrator's brush styles, or symbols? Illustrator allows slanted guides, InDesign does not.
    And let's not focus purely on a combo of ID and Illy; Photoshop *also* outputs PDFs, and its graphic data has yet another set of requirements.
    So all of Adobe's software would need to be able to parse *every others' data* to some degree. Well, it's still not "unconceivable" as all of this would need to be done in one office (note that in that single office there are still vast differences in something as straightforward as a User Interface across the CS suite). But there are lots of other software developers out there, and they *all* want to write out PDFs, all with their own internal data! (Think of the different requirements between an architectural app and one for graph plotting.)
    A *possible* solution would be to add "more" metadata to a PDF without crossing into the realm of "every single bit". Article tagging is an example of this -- it tells software that wants to know in which order *plain text* is to appear, and as such it serves as meta-data for plain text content. But the mind reels thinking of what more to add -- a list of used GREP styles per paragraph would probably be useless to anyone else.
    But such an idea will not solve the problem, as 1. this meta-data is optional (lazy programmers would be allowed to say "nothing to see here, move along"), and 2. this data would only get added to *newly created* files, and it would not retroactively make older PDFs editable ...
    (Now that's just the *short* version :-) h

  • When will retailers receive their iphone 5?

    I am first on the reservation list at Walmart for an iphone 5.  I thought Apple said that retail stores would have the iphone 5 on the 21st.  It is the 22nd and Walmart still does not know when they will receive thier iphones.  I don't understand how Wal-mart doesn't know when they will get them or that Apple doesn't tell the retail stores.  Anyone know when they will get them?  Will it be a couple more days or a month?  I don't know what to do about getting my new phone.

    I still have not received my email that my iPhone 5 has been shipped. I ordered at 6 in the morning on Friday. When I check my order all I get is this "We received your order and it is in process." But, it does say I should receive it this Friday. I'm just very anxious for this will be my first smartphone!

    I ordered at 3:38 am EST online. I never recieved an email confirmation email. On 9/17 I saw that Verizon had charged my account for the phone.  So on today (9/18) I dail *611 from the phone that I applied the upgrade to then went to option 4 then said "order status".  Right away it said a text message would be sent to my phone with shipping information.  Before I could hang up they sent me the Fed Ex tracking number which said it was shipped from West Chester, PA @ 12:33a.m. on 9/18.  So I'm expecting mine maybe tomorrow or Thursday.  So I never recieved an email from Verizon, but I will be getting my phone before the release date how cool is that?

    Sorry, it is up to whoever created that Ancestry.com advanced image viewer to keep it up to date as Mozilla releases new versions of Firefox, not the other way around.
    BTW, you are 3 versions behind the current Firefox 8.0 version.
