When will i receive my itouch 5g . I pre-ordered on Sept.25?

I pre-ordered my itouch on the 25th of September along with Apple Care and an extra black loop. Im a bit dissapointed how the apple stores got their products fiurst and how some people who pre-order it get it way later, i was even nice enough to buy apple care and an extra loop. Apple decided to ship my Black Loop and i will receive it today, but it won't come with the iTouch. I think ive waited long enough.
I'm getting a bit mad over this, but i mean im really dissapointed over how Apple deals with Pre-Orders

    While we have no idea within this Community Forum how long you would have to wait for your iPhone 6 Case, I can tell you that there would not be a "general" answer of value.  Like any product that is available in different materials and colors, the inventory varies based on what you have specifically ordered.  For example, I visited an Apple Store on the day after the iPhone 6 became available and was interested in the "Midnight Blue" Leather"  Apple iPhone 6 Case.  The store had plenty of all the other colors, but that specific case and color had sold out that morning.

        That's an excellent question Xc60090! When you order, the ship by date will be highlighted in yellow. With the high demand for these phones, it can be shipped after the 19th. Therefore, it's best to order as soon as you can, (for earliest shipping).

    As you experienced with your Black Ops 2 pre-order, we do our absolute best to get newly released games to your door, ideally right on the day they release! While this isn’t something we can absolutely guarantee due to many logistical factors, it does tend to work out for a lot of our customers, just as you’ve described.
    I can’t speak to the specifics on exactly when your copy would be shipped to a nearby warehouse, but it’s usually prior to the release date so we can get your copy on its way to your home. If you live close to one of our warehouses, your chances of receiving your copy on the release date are that much better!

    I got off the phone with an apple rep. after ordering my iphone4s. she said i was supposed to receive an email that will include tracking information and when it will arrive. I have not receieved the email yet and was wondering was it supposed to be immediate after the purchase or do i have to wait longer?
    EDIT : was also supposed to receive the email from att that states i need to accept the terms and conditions blah blah in 24 hours or i wont receive the phone. have not gotten that yet either. am i just being paranoid?

    More than likely, I bet we start receiving the emails with UPS tracking numbers Monday (Oct. 10th).  These emails will have the tracking numbers to follow your order.  At the same time...we'll start seeing our order(s) change to "Shipped" status.

    me too, I'm in Sydney, pre-order online on 7th Oct
    Order Acknowledgement show "Ships by October 14th", but now 9 pm here, that means i didn't get it on 14th Oct.... but the status is still "preparing for shipment", so "Ship by October 14th" is the meaning for "start preparing SHIPing by 14th Oct (but not going to finish preparing or ship on 14th?)"
