When will I receive my replacement iPhone in the mail?

I sent my iPhone away for replacement a week ago, and they received it the next day. It's been on the 3rd step (Product replacement pending) for 6 days now, when will I get it back? I really need my phone, and i've gone 10 days without it already now lol.

    While we have no idea within this Community Forum how long you would have to wait for your iPhone 6 Case, I can tell you that there would not be a "general" answer of value.  Like any product that is available in different materials and colors, the inventory varies based on what you have specifically ordered.  For example, I visited an Apple Store on the day after the iPhone 6 became available and was interested in the "Midnight Blue" Leather"  Apple iPhone 6 Case.  The store had plenty of all the other colors, but that specific case and color had sold out that morning.

        That's an excellent question Xc60090! When you order, the ship by date will be highlighted in yellow. With the high demand for these phones, it can be shipped after the 19th. Therefore, it's best to order as soon as you can, (for earliest shipping).

    Just received a replacement iphone 5. Original was backed up and during set up of the replacement it states that i cannot complete the backup as the replacement does noy have ios 7.0.3. Do I backup to an older backup? Set up as new?

    In that case, you have to set up the device as a new one. The iPhone you have received has got an older iOS version than the one you had before, so now what you can do is to open Settings > General > Software Update, and install iOS 7.0.3.
    Then, you can go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings to restore the phone to default settings, so you will be able to restore the backup and use your old settings

    i hear something about 1.1.4 coming out next couple weeks that true ???

    The release of the SDK is scheduled sometime this month. That will allow developers to design software for the phones. After approval from Apple, they would be made available, probably through iTunes.
    No one here would know about a release of 1.1.4, or if the next update will even be called 1.1.4. That is up to Apple and they don't release that information early.

    No one knows that at this point.  In the recent past, the unlocked iPhones started out as only available in the retail Apple stores and not by on-line order.  When they will be available or how has not been announced so far.
    Keep in mind that purchasing an iPhone in another country is not a great idea since the warranty is only valid in the country of sale so if anything would go wrong there would be no service or support in another country.
