ok, my order has been set to the "Shipped" status for two days, When will i recieve my E-mail confirmation? i'm starting to get worried something is wrong.

Is a delevery date specified?
When y go to yuor account and then to Track order just what does it say?

FM/Class for creating service confirmation from service order

You can trigger a confirmation from service order using action profile.
Here is how to define action profile:
IMG > CRM > Basic Functions > Actions > Actions in Transaction
Dialog Stucture> Action profile:
Object type = BUS2000116
Context class = CL_DOC_CONTEXT_CRM_ORDER
Dialog Stucture> Action Definition:
Processing time: Processing using selection report
Check box schedule automatically, Changeable in dialog and executable in dialog.
Dialog Stucture> Processing types
Permitted processing types of actions: Select - Method Call
Settings method call: Method - COPY_DOCUMENT (you can also try COPY_DEF_ITEMS)
Processing Parameter:
-Select change icon a new window opens - container editor
-select create icon another window opens - display container editor
Here enter following:
Element = PROCESS_TYPE
Name = PROCESS_TYPE
short desp = PROCESS_TYPE
Tab > Dtype:
Structure = CRMC_PROC_TYPE
Field = PROCESS_TYPE
Tab> initial value
Here maintain the transaction type of your confirmation.
save your action profile. Now assign action profile to Service oder transaction type.

No e-mail confirmation of re-order

Hi folks
Having ordered my first book of photos a couple of weeks ago, I placed a re-order of the exact same book yesterday and as yet have received no e-mail confirmation, whereas the confirmation for the initial order came almost instantaneously.
Is there any way of checking if the order has gone through?
I also want to place a re-order of a second book and I don't want to repeat the process only to find that neither orders have gone through and that I am sitting here waiting for them to arrive when the order hasn't been received

Log into your store account and you can check on past orders and view status of current orders. If it's not there you can assume it didn't get registered.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've written an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. When Will Photoshop Elements 12 support Raw files from Nikon D3300

i have just got my Nikon d3300 and now want to edit and clean my images , but cannot find any information about when photoshop elements 12 will be able to do this , any help people.

The soon-to-be-released Camera Raw 8.4 includes support for the D3300. It's only available as a beta for Photoshop CS6 and CC at the moment.

However you can download and install the DNG 8.4 converter (also a beta version), convert your D3300 Raw files to DNGs then edit the DNGs in Elements 12

Air-ap1121g-a-k9 will not recieve c1100-k9w7-tar.default from tftp

I have 3 of these units that have no image and need an image loaded but they will request the file from the tftp server but wont recieve it. Any Clues to what could be going on?

Sounds like a TFTP problem for sure :(
Have a look at the details in the following threads that all have to do with TFTP. There are some great hints for troubleshooting TFTP problems from some of my favourite NetPros like ScottMac,Stephen from Cisco and Jack Young. The likely culprit may be that you need to uncheck "hide extensions for known file types" on your TFTP server;

The problem could be that the Laptop (used for TFTP) Operating System is hiding the known file type. From Internet Explorer, go into Tools > Folder Options > View, scroll down until you find the parameter Hide extensions for known file types, and uncheck the box. This should eliminate the issue.

When will Aperture have support for RAF files from the new Fuji XPro-1?

How long does it normally take to get the RAW file format updated? Fuji say they sent the file details to Apple many weeks ago. This is a camera being given fantastic reviews in all professional magazines worldwide - but I'm stuck with an Aperture folder full of "unsupported image format" files.
Really annoying as I use the full suite of Nik plug-ins so I can't do anything with these files until Aperture is updated.

Per an interview with a spokeswoman from Fuji, they have indeed provided Apple (and Adobe as well) all the needed technical information in order to support the RAW files (i.e. algorithmic information created by Fuji for the non-standar filter array, etc etc). Please don't spread any more misinformation about it, it's already been flamed to death on all the online camera forums. You can still choose to 'blame' whomever you wish about why it's still not supported by Apple, but you can no longer reasonably assert that Fuji hasn't done their part by providing them what they need. Nondisclosure agreements were signed as well.
Having said that, I find it ridiculous at this point that it's not supported, for several reasons, some being the seemingly similar Fuji users who also use Aperture as well as the opportunity here for Apple to take some market from Adobe (who as of yet are not producing very great output files for Fuji X-trans). Apple was/has been at a disadvantage to Adobe for a long while now, and being an outsider, I presumed Apple would want to take advantage of this (and any similar) opportunity to grab some share from Adobe. I was well wrong, and it seems that other lesser-known-used companies are now doing just that.
Well good on them. I for one will be looking at any/all (new)comers and will certainly be going with the best of those. Sorry Apple, you lost another one. There was a real competition, for me, btwn Aperture and LR4 up till this point. You'd have to pull a rabbit out of your hat to keep my Aperture biz.

I pre-ordered my itouch on the 25th of September along with Apple Care and an extra black loop. Im a bit dissapointed how the apple stores got their products fiurst and how some people who pre-order it get it way later, i was even nice enough to buy apple care and an extra loop. Apple decided to ship my Black Loop and i will receive it today, but it won't come with the iTouch. I think ive waited long enough.

I've had it.

Order Acknowledgement show "Ships by October 14th", but now 9 pm here, that means i didn't get it on 14th Oct.... but the status is still "preparing for shipment", so "Ship by October 14th" is the meaning for "start preparing SHIPing by 14th Oct (but not going to finish preparing or ship on 14th?)"

Why isn't Photoshop fully optimized for the Mac Pro (Late 2013), and when will this happen?

On the new Mac Pro (late 2013):
Currently, Photoshop CC 2014 seems to lag behind iMacs and Macbook Pros (even older ones) for some tasks.
I assume that this issue is related to either multi-core processing but seems more likely to be a problem with the ATI GPUs not being optimized as the Nvidia GPUs are.
Why is this the case, and when will this be addressed?
Any feedback from Adobe official would be appreciated.
