When will iTunes approve my podcast? What else can I do?
What else can I do to get my podcast approved? iTunes rejected my first attempt as a test because all I had on the host site was a 35 second clip. Now that I have 5 episodes up and some are over an hour what's the issue? I resubmitted for approval 5 weeks ago and haven't gotten an answer and recently deleted that first clip to have 45 min- 1 hr episodes only listed...no rejections...no anything. What the heck?

Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next connect the iPod to your computer. If it shows in iTunes restore the iPod.
- If it did not show, see if placing the iPod in recovry mode will make it visible so you can restore the iPod. -
i had to restore my iphone last month because i had accidentally clicked the home and shut off button at the same time. it ended up making me restore my iphone. i lost everything. pictures, contacts, apps, songs, everthing. after i had gotten all my stuff back, i took a picture and everything was fine. a couple hours later, i open my camera to take another picture and it wont open it. it will twitch. i have no idea what to do. i have updated my software on my phone and itunes and im stumped. please help me.

ThanksYou have Mac OS Lion listed as your operating system, however, Lion is not supoorted on Power PC. If you really are running Lion natively then there should not be a problem. Not that I think you are mistaken about your OS, but it may be an error with the font itself that wrongly thinks you are using Power PC. You should really contact customer support of the company you bought the font from.

My itunes will not work at all. i have deleted and reinstalled in over ten times, i have ended the process, i have reinstalled quicktime i few times, i have deleted many folders such as TEMP, itunes helper et What else can i do? Please help:(
Now it sometimes keeps coming up and working but once i plug an ipod in it freezes my whole computer up and no i dont get any response from itunes at all

Itunes will no longer open with the error message MSVCR80.dII is missing from the computer, and I'm advised to reinstall itunes but that hasn't worked. What else can I try?

I have anipod classic 5th gen, it is synced to another pc it has 700 songs I don't want to lose, In itunes I said cancel when the sync and erase window poped up,I selected manually manage my ipod hit apply, pc locks up had to ctrl alt delete. what else can I do? DoI have to sync the ipod? DoI have to reset the ipod?
Copy all the contents currently on your iPod Classic to your new iTunes library and then choose the Erase and Sync option. See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different methods and software available to assist you with the task of copying content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.

The itunes software repeats its request for computer authorization despite trying the steps mentioned in the
help article: authorizing from admin account, checking for updates, deleting sc folder, what else can be done?Doublechecking. In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you also worked through the instructions from the following document?

I just bought a iphone 5c and when I tried to use my computer to download the syncd version of my phone I found out I needed the latest version of the IOS. I tried downloading the latest version and it won't let me do it unless I upgrade. What else can I do? I don't want to buy a new computer....
If you want to synch your iPhone with iTunes on your computer, you will need to meet the minimum requirements. If this requires you to upgrade your computer then you will need to do so. System requirements for the iPhone 5c are clearly posted on Apple's website and this should have been considered before you bought your phone. There's no way around the system requirements.

I've installed Mavericks on my Mac Pro. It works well, generally, but will not stay asleep! Pressing the power button twice sometimes extends the sleep mode but even that seldom results in a full overnight sleep. File sharing off. What else can help?

My eldest son gave my youngest son his ipod. He locked it with a passcode, couldn't remember and now it is disabled. Will not work trying to get it in recovery/restore mode. Original synced computer not around anymore, either is eldest. Not worried about losing data as my young son can have it now. What else can I try?? I follow the steps and it still says ipod is disabled on ipod screen. iTunes keeps saying it needs passcode.....
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

we have a disabled ipod, we have followed directions but will not connect to itunes what else can we do
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. -
My ipod shuffle disappears after I click on the icon in Itunes. I reinstalled Itunes and my computer has been updated. What else can I do?
The shuffle icon in iTunes disappears, after you click on the icon in iTunes? If so, if you do not click on the shuffle icon in iTunes, does it remain there indefinitely? Are you looking at the shuffle icon in the iTunes sidebar?

No picture, but sound during commercial
Recently, our TV goes black during some commercials, but the sound is still on. I thought it was our HD set top box, but it is happening on another box that isn't HD. Is anyone else having these issues? It happens ONLY during some commercials.
