Apple haven't got agreements in place with the license holders for every region so each store has content particular to the country the store serves. Even though an album is sold worldwide in many cases it's on different labels or controlled by different licence holders in each region or country. Until such an agreement is reached with the licensees for your region Apple won't be free to sell you any music.

I changed my dads password, then went back to sync my apps and when it came to the Authorization, I entered his account name and the new password (which was by the way accepted and changed correctly) to have it come up on the screen as the incorrect password...REALLY!!! I went back and changed the password again...guess what? Same result "inncorect password".
As I mentioned my dad PASSED AWAY, there is no way I can ask him what his password originally was, i can't accesses his email account as it no longer exists.
What am I supposed to do, this is very frustrating.
If I use my new account that's in my name, the Authorization screen just keeps asking for my Dads account.

Try this:
Placing your device into recovery (DFU-Device Firmware Upgrade) mode:
Follow these steps to place your iOS device into recovery mode. If your iOS device is already in recovery mode, you can proceed immediately to step 6.
   1. Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but leave the

However since most of my apps are downloaded from the Korean store I'll need to switch back in order to update them. Does anyone know if there are any issues in doing this. You canot easily change your country settings. The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. HT1918 How do I access the US iTunes store when living in Italy?

I'm on exchange in Italy for a year, and soon after I arrived debit card linked to my apple ID expired. When I enter the information for the new card itunes simply refers me to the itunes support website.
I think that itunes wants me to sign up for the itunes store for Italy, but I am unsure if switching stores will delete my purcheses. I also would like to keep the language in english, if possible.
The way I see it there are two viable options:

Does accessing the Italian itunes store delete my previous purchases, and can I change the language to English?

If I view another country's store on my Mac's iTunes then the content headings (Music, Movies etc) remain in English, as are the Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the store homepage, though some of items in the store display in the language of the country that I've chosen

When are HD Shows coming to the Canada iTunes Store

This Apple Canada web page says that "Your favourite hit TV shows are now available in HD from the iTunes Store", but HD content and the shows listed on that page are not currently available.

Well, I searched for Grey's Anatomy, which was one of the HD shows listed on the page above, and the iTunes Store--using iTunes 8 on intel hardware and MacOS X 10.5.5--said that I needed to switch from the Canada Store to the US store to see that show. No greyed out anything. Then it said that I could not buy an episode because my AppleID can only purchase content from the Canada store. I looked at several Canadian shows in the store that I watch on satellite in HD and they do not have HD content.
OK, so no HD US network shows and no Canadian shows in HD. I tried following the link below from that page above on the Apple Canada website. Clicking on "HD Now Available" on that page takes me to the iTunes Store that looks like it should be a list of HD shows. Only the list is empty.

I get the following message every time I try using My MacID which was set up in Japan: "This Apple ID is only valid for purchases in the Japanese iTunes Store. You will be switched to that Store." At one point... by which path I do not remember... I was instructed to created a new ID. I fill out the new ID forms, but the address is rejected each time... quite confusing. Does it want a new name? But it says I cannot use an apple domain (tag?) even though I guess it has to be an apple address... ? You must have a separate Apple ID registered in the other store along with a valid bank-issued charge card in the other country, and a legal billing address in the other country.
Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country..
