I tried downloading mavericks today. But the app store gives an error that not available for indian app store. How much longer do i have to wait?

I can't even find it in the US App Store! (Maybe I need to restart?) I was also looking for the updates to iLife and iWork but can't find them, either!
Be a bit patient - I'm sure that Apple's servers will be hit hard when people begin downloading it as it's free.

Unbelievable. All it took was one iteration on the Mac App Store and we're back to being forced to buy the hard-to-install-and-likely-to-be-wrought-with-problems-DRM-delight version of the upgrade direct from Adobe?! I wish Adobe would decide on a distribution model and stick with it for the sake of its customers. I'm getting awfully fed up with having to navigate a different way of upgrading the software every time it becomes available. I might not bother this time. Get it right, Adobe. Seems the DNG converter doesn't support that camera yet. Iridient Digital does but you may want to wait on Adobe. If not Iridient Devloper (Mac only) is an excellent raw converter.

There is no way to know such a thing unless Apple announces, which they very rarely do and speculation/rumor is not allowed here.
Keep checking for updates in itunes or watch the forum.
Someone will begin complaining about it within seconds of its release.

You cannot.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.
You must be physically locates inside the borders of a country to use that countrys itunes store and a credit card issued in that country with a valid billing address in that country.
The owners of the distribution rights of movies/music/etc differ by country. These distributors decide who can sell their content in that country.
Buy from another source if your countrys itunes store does not carry somehting that you want.
