When will packaged app 'Service Notifications Administration' be available?

Hello -
Is there an ETA on the availability of the Service Notifications Admin packaged app? It says 'Coming Soon'.
I'm building something similar and would like to see how the pre-built-by-experts app compares.

The Service Notifications app is an internal-only application; I don't believe that we have plans (currently) to build a publicly available version. You'll note that in 4.2.3, it is no longer listed (even as "Coming Soon"); its inclusion in 4.2.2 was unintentional.

    No, the app store will be out when the iPhone Firmware 2.0 is released. The 2nd gen phone is to be released "some time in 2008" not necessarily when the 2.0 update is released. However, Apple has been letting stock of the 1st gen iPhone draw down so you can make your own conclusions.

    You can buy Applecare anytime before the 1 year warranty expires, so you could leave that to his discretion if you wanted, and he'd have 1 year to consider it.
    You can save ~$30 on the mini if you qualify for an educational or corporate discount. Office 2004 costs ~$145 with educational discount.

    The GH4 must be very new as it’s not listed in Adobe’s supported cameras, so wait until the next version of LR.  Usually there is one every 3-4 months with a release-candidate available at Adobe Labs before that:  http://labs.adobe.com/

    I have a pre2 and love the gizmo, but the **bleep** issue is that I'm in a country that does not allow to buy via the app store. It seems Belgium is a 3rd world country.
    This is extremely annoying, as in most of the lite versions of the programs you can not exceed a number of storags capacities.
    And i want to upgrade them but it is simply not possible.
    Are there any plans to expand the number of countries and so yes when will this be and what list of countries would that be?

    Purchased my Pre in october 2009 and little did I know that I still would be without paid apps in 2011.
    Sure I feel neglected but webOS is still amazing and its not like there is a good alternative out there. Can't wait for the new devices to launch as that will hopefully be done on a wider scale and give support to more countries. Now, bring us some Pre3's and Touchpads to Scandinavia, please.
