when you block someone from messaging calling etc. what happens when they message or call? do they get a message back? do iMessages show as delivered?

I recently blocked someone they have a different phone carrier. When they text me and call me what will happen? Will they know if they got blocked?

They might get a message when calling that the call couldn't be completed. I don't know what happens when they try to text you.

i successfly have taken care of this problem on my iphone, however everytime i open my computer there are text messages from said party. I went to the buddies menu but "block person..." is grayed out. Please help. I just want this person gone.

Try adding them to your block list under Privacy settings instead of the quick method in the buddies menu:
Choose Messages > Preferences, and then click Accounts.
Select the AIM account for which you want to set privacy options.
Click Privacy.
Select an option in the “Privacy level” list.If you select “Block specific people,” click the Edit List button, and then click Add and enter the names or user names of people you wish to block. Anyone not on the list is allowed.

When you text someone from imessage and it says delivered..does this mean that the other person received the message already through their ipod and a notification pops out?

There are no apps and that is not a feature of iOS.
iMessages are handled by Apple's own system, and there is no way to block a specific sender.
SMS messages and voice calls are handled by your cell service provider, so you need to ask them what blocking (if any) features they offer. If the texts are just spam, you should be able to report them to your carrier and they can block that sender. Other blocking options will vary from carrier to carrier, so call yours and ask them what they can do.

You can go to the Mail page at http://icloud.com , click on the cogwheel icon at top right, choose 'Rules' and set up a rule that moves all messages from this person to the Trash. However there's no way of producing an 'undelivered' message.
As to deleting the account, this isn't possible; you can abandon using it and start another. If you do this, messages to it will pile up until the storage limit is filled, at which point they will be bounced with an 'Account over limit' message. Alternatively you could set up a 'Vacation message' in the Preferences which would inform anyone sending to that address that it was no longer in use.

What happens when you block/unblock someone?

If I were to block someone from Skype, would they be notified? and if I were to unblock said person, would they still be on my list and would I be able to see if their still online?

You will not receive phone calls, messages, or FaceTime calls when you have blocked a contact. The blocked contact does not know that they are blocked. Here is an informational article that may help:

How dp i block someone from calling me on my nokia nuron 5230

It's very rare for any phone to support this feature and I don't think any nokia phones do. You will need an application to do it for you and even then it isn't techincally blocking the call it's just hiding the fact that someone has called.
If you check the ovi store there are multiple applications for this kind of thing but i'm sure someone here can recommend a good application to use.

Not from the phone itself. Contact your carrier. In the U.S., all the major carriers offer some type of blocking for calls and text.

I wanted editing a photo from lightroom to elements but lightroom did not open elements. Your site said first to reinstall Elements before to try more comlicated things. It is the worst thing I ever done. Now i have lost Elements at all. It does not want to reinstall. Very funny. I tried all Adobe (!!!) suggestions: change OOBE for OOBE.bak; copy file from the dvd to computer before autorun executable,etc etc NOTHING WORKS !
Adobe suggested to download ASA program but only to tell us that it does more exist !!! After that they suggested to try to find MANUALLY the dailies failure reports !!! It is impossible to understand those reports

Rename in OLDOOBE
Stop antivirus
Restart windows
Copy directory of the DVD Adobe PSE 11 to c\ ord\:nameit ADOBE\
Open file
Click right to setup.exe
Buzinga.
It is the worst software I ever had to deal whit.
