When you have iTunes money and you submit an in app purchase. Does it charge on your credit card?

Normally the credit is used up first before the system falls back to a credit card to cover a balanced not covered completely by the credit on the account.

I have iPad mini and I can't use App Store.
It always asking my credit card lnformation to download, but the apps I will download are free.
I don't know how it will work again.
    Help me please!
    Thank you.

You need to have a payment method on file. If the apps are free you will not be charged anything. Either enter your credit card information or purchase and enter an iTunes gift card.

  • I have a 50.00 itunes balance and I am unable to use it.  Why is it requesting credit card info when I try abd purchase music?

I have a 50.00 itunes balance and I am unable to use it.  Why is it requesting credit card info when I try to purchase music?  I've already redeemed my gift card onto my itunes account, so I no longer have a code.

Because your credit card info is how itunes verifies your account.

  • If you have a download and you delete it do you get your money back?

If you have a download in itunes and you delete it do you get your money back?

No. Deleteing any paid content on the iPad does not get you a refund. The terms of the iTunes Store is that all sales are final and there are no refunds. That doesn't mean that it never happens, but it does not occur when you delete the content. You would have to contact iTunes Store support if you want to try to get a refund.

  • FIXED IT, YEAH!!!!  Do you have OS X and you can't get Flash Player 16.0.0.305 to Install completely?

Hey all.  I just figured this out on my own as no one at Adobe will release a playbook that gives proper instructions on this issue.  If you are having issues with the application not installing all of the way, you have a permission issue on the the partition where your Yosemite OS is installed.  Here is how you fix the issue that you are experiencing:
Open Disk Utility (press Command and the Space Bar, then type disk utility)
Locate your disk and the partition where your OS installed.
Select First Aid (in the right pane next to Erase and Restore)
Locate the button "Verify Disk Permissions" and click on it.
Wait, get some coffee and relax, this will all be over soon
When Verify Disk Permissions is complete, click on the button "Repair Disk Permissions"
Now grab breakfast, lunch or dinner and tell someone you love that you love them.
After your disk permissions have been repaired, close out Disk Utility
Open the FlashPlayer installation file and run the installation again.
Finally, whew... Enjoy your entertainment fare.  You made it across the schism that Adobe loves to plague their loyal patrons with.
I hope this helps someone.  Let me know if it worked or didn't; I am curious if you all will see the same success that I have realized.
    Cheers & Many Regards,
    Geoff

This works for most people and is the advice I usually give to Mac users that are having mysterious installer failures.  We have enough of a population that everything that can go wrong will.  Disk corruption is one of those inevitable things that happens, and it causes mysterious problems.  The installer isn't doing anything complex -- it's basically a glorified unzip tool, so when simple operations like "write a couple files" fail, it's typically that we're making a completely standard call the operating system that should never fail, and it's failing -- either silently or with an error, just depending on what's going on.
For what it's worth, I actually correctly diagnosed a broken pin on a monitor cable today based on the description some funky intermittent video playback behavior, so we really *do* see everything on these forums.

  • HT204088 how do you recover itune money after you deleted number from account?

How do i recover my money after i deleted the itune card number?

Once you redeem the card the balance stays in your account until you use it.
You only need the card once.

  • Why the iphone and Ipad if you have a password and you try turning off the password does not ask you to turn it off?

my girlfriend stole his iphone 5 and could not find my iphone locate because they turn it off.
my question is, if the iphone 5 have a password to access does not ask why when I try to shut down?
apple should of IOS patching to ask for the password to turn off the device.

I see your point but if they are running iOS 7 on the iPhone they can locate it next time it is connected to the internet. Whoever has the iPhone cannot stop this without turning Find My iPhone off which requires the Apple ID password.
At some point in time that person will connect the iPhone to the internet and when they do the owner will have a location, if they restore the iPhone in recovery mode they won't be able to activate it so the iPhone will be useless to them.

  • HT5035 If I have iTunes credits and the required credit card information in, will the funds be taken from the iTunes credits first?

I'm scared to make a purchase incase it gets charged to the credit card instead of my iTunes credits

    Hi...
Purchases are deducted from the balance of a redeemd gift card code first. If the cost of the purchase exceeds that balance, then the difference  is charged to your credit card.

  • HT1918 I need to find out how i can change my security questions, i have sent off for the email but i have recieved nothing and so i am unable to purchase anything until i change these questions how else can i change them?

it is urgent that i find out how to change these settings otherwise i will be forced to make a complaint. I have never had to make these questions previsouly and never had i had this much trouble just trying to recieve an email to fix the issue

How did you contact iTunes support, and you've checked your spam as well as your Inbox ?
If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address then see if the instructions on this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

  • Why was i charged on my credit card $15.95 when i didn't approve any purchase or give my credit card # to anyone

my credit card was charged $15.95 and i don't know why. never made any purchase and never gave my credit card # to anyone.

How is that related to Firefox support?
Sounds like an issue to take up with the company that made that charge or your credit card company.
