Whenever I call someone on FaceTime it doesn't ring on their device and says that they missed my call. Help.
Every time I try to call someone on FaceTime on my MacbBook they don't get the option to respond to my call and instead their device says that they missed it. When people try to call my FaceTime the calls don't go through. How do I fix this?
I have a similar problem. I bought a new Mac and login with the same appleID as my iPad. I changed the email address for FaceTime on my Mac to a different email address so I could FaceTime between my iPad and my Mac. When I call my Mac, it rings but the answer icons (decline/accept) do not appear, just the "End" button. It also says "null" at the top of the FaceTime window. When my son calls with his iPod (same appleID, different email address) his works fine. When I try to initiate a call from my Mac, I can call my son's iPod (it has the camera icon next to his email address), but I can't call my iPad (no camera icon next to that email address). Any thoughts?

I was researching the issue you are having and recommend a couple of things. First it might be a good idea to reset the device following iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't quite get the device going again, I recommend restoring the device.

Might even be a good idea to turn off the phone, reseat the SIM card, and turn it back on.

Whenever I try to login to my instagram an error appears saying that they couldn't connect to their login server ... What is that for? And how to fix that?
I called Apple Support and they walked me through it. They told me to basically copy and paste my music to the external hard drive. (I think.) Or maybe it was they had me transfer a folder to the EHD. I don't exactally remember it was a few years back. But I tried to plug in the EHD before starting and...nothing. Still says same thing, "locate file."

Talk to your carrier. Sounds like something is not provisioned right on your account.

I am trying to sync an old ipod nano (2nd generation) to my itunes on a windows pc but the itunes doesn't recognize the nano and says that it is synced with another computer. Unfortunately, I don't have the old computer now. How do I sync this nano to itunes ?

Whenever i try to buy a new song or download an app my ipod says that "your apple id has been disabled" i have changed my password several times and it still says the same thing. What can i do???

Every time I make a call or I'm receiving a call my phone is extremely static i can't hear the person on the other line and the person on the other line cannot hear anything They say that they hear a lot of static now my videos when I play a video on YouTube for instance works just fine Siri works just fine. I can't make a call or receive a call whatsoever because all I hear is static and I haven't dropped the phone in water nothing has really happened this literally happened overnight
This is a wireless carrier issue. The fact that the speaker & microphone work properly for other apps is a great indicator that your device is fine.
Contact your wireless carrier about your call quality issue. -
whenever I try to sync my phone with itunes, it prompt with a window saying that this computer is not authorised. Although I again authorise my computer through store option but again while sync it shows the same window. I have reinstaled itunes also but invain. I am unable to sort it out pl help

when you have the same issue after the SMC reset:
put new batteries in the MM (even if the others are not empty), turn Bluetooth off then on again on the MBA, take all USB connections out (if any), delete the pairing of the MM and re pair the MM. -

I have had my iphone 5 for less than a week, and ive had this problem from the start...When I dial a number it doesn't ring it's just silent. Then when they answer I can hear them and they can hear me fine. Have a got something turned off?? I have tried turning up the volume when calling and tried the good old off and on again. Still no luck. Thanks
Thanks John UK. I checked the firewall but it set to allow all incoming calls. So, I am still at square one. Any further suggestions?

On my Itunes I have songs from a different Itunes library and different account. Whenever I click one of the songs from the other account ot says that I need to authorize my account, so I type in the correct password and account and hit enter. I comes up with a message that this computer is already authorized, which it is. However, whenever I try to listen to a song, it still comes up with the same message that I'm not authorized.
I authorized myself via the Itunes menu and it still says that I'm already authorized but none of the songs work. Any help?Click here and follow the instructions.

If you use the same mail for FaceTime, they'll ring. Go to Settings > FaceTime and check if you've the same emails on the iPhone and iPod. If not, only one of them will ring -

WHat do I do if my iPhone 4S won't sync to my macbook pro, and my phone doesn't seem to upgrade to itunes11.1? The upgrade should be on the iTunes upgrade page, but there's no icon.
