Whenever i open a new tab multiple pages are being poped up saying related searches. how can i control it ?

whenever i try to open a website i get multiple popups from all sides of the screen saying related searches
i have cleared all my cache and made a lot of changes in my pop-up blocker but it didnnt help me
i also updated my browser , re installed but my problem is not resolved

This started after i had installed a software recently. I have uninstalled that software now. I even set the opening page as 'Blank'. Also hit the 'restore to default' button.

When I downloaded new version of firefox, the feature where when I open a new tab a page loads that contains mini-windows containing my most visited sites. where is this feature now!?

So with the new version of firefox I lost the feature where, whenever I opened a new tab, instead of a blank tab page, a page would appear that contained mini-windows containing pics of all my most often used websites. I could then simply click on one of maybe six windows to go directly to my most used sites. What happened to this? I really, really, really miss this feature. How can I get it back?

The Google Toolbar and other extensions for Firefox include a list of compatible Firefox versions. Currently, the Google Toolbar only goes up to Firefox 4. However, people have tested and it actually works on Firefox 5, so there are two workarounds:

When I open a new Tab the page defaults to an unwanted page.

Apple ID? If so, Settings > iCloud > scroll to bottom and delete account (doesn't delete anything if you tell it to keep info on iPhone). Then sign in with correct Apple ID.

How do I get Firefox to open my home page whenever I open a new tab?

I have Google as my home page. Rather than opening a new tab and getting a blank page, I'd like to open a new tab and get Google coming up. I'm fairly certain that this was possible in old Firefox, and would like to know if it is still possible and if so how!?! Thanks!

Firefox can have multiple home pages if you wish. Each home page that will open when starting Firefox is separated by the "|" character.

How do I stop the tab bar from scrolling to the left whenever I open a new tab? It's a constant distraction

If I have more than a single tab bar of tabs open whenever I open a new one the tab I'm currently on is shifted to the left of the bar 1 spot until it's the leftmost tab on the screen.
Is it possible to stop firefox from doing this as the movement of the tabs at the top of the screen is incredibly distracting?

I don't have multiple tab bars and haven't installed anything to try and get them.

When I click on a bookmark in the listing, nothing happens. If I right click and click on "Open In New Tab" the page loads. I am using version 14.0.1

Firefox just updated to version 14.0.1. When I clicked on one of my book,marks from the listing, nothing happened. The page did not load. If I right click on the bookmark and choose " Open in a New Tab", the page loads in a new tab. None of my bookmarks will work by simplying clicking on them from the listing.

Whenever i open a new tab Yahoo pops up as the new internet search engine. How can I get rid of this?

Whenever I open a new tab, Yahoo search is there instead of fast dial sites.

I have fast dial installed. I want it to show up every time I open a new tab. But instead of fast dial, I get a yahoo search. I uninstalled Yahoo every where I found it but it's still there. I just want fast dial to show up. It works if I click the icon at the top, but it needs to show up in new tabs.

A new tab opens by default as a blank tab (about:blank).
If that isn't the case then an extension has changed that behavior.
